6. Right click and select from the "Show in Windows Exporer" box. A folder will open, there should be one file of about 500 KB in size, in the format m4a. This format needs to be changed to m4r. Check that the file name is in English. The location of the file must be remembered.

7. Go back to iTunes to remove our melody section from the music folder, close the program.

8. Open iTunes again, find "File" - "Add to Library". Choose our renamed file in "Ringtones".

9. Connect an iPhone, click on the "Ringtones" tab, select the desired melodies and click "Apply" or "Synchronize". If the created file is in the Mediatheque, and you can not transfer it to the phone, then, most likely, the problem with the duration of the track.
