After all, it's so nice to treat guests with home-made liqueur or tincture, prepared according to your own recipes! Often, producing alcohol for own consumption is cheaper than buying it in a store. In addition, many are afraid to run into the counterfeit and therefore prefer homemade moonshine.

But it should be borne in mind that with improper forcing out, moonshine may prove to be far more poisonous than poor-quality vodka. And the thing is that it contains a fairly large amount of fusel oil. Their presence in domestic vodka can be determined by the unpleasant smell and taste. If moonshine is ignited, then after all the alcohol has burned out, a liquid remains on the bottom of the spoon, which looks oily in appearance - these are the same fusel oils.

Fusel oils are a by-product of alcohol fermentation. They are very easy to poison.

To use this method, you need 1 liter of milk, this amount is enough for 5 liters of brew. There are several options for cleaning. First: pour unboiled milk into brew.
