Physical education in kindergarten is an important component of the overall comprehensive development of the child. Most parents want their child to be healthy and active. The fundamentals of these qualities are formed already at the beginning of life. If a child visits a pre-school educational institution, much depends on how much his physical development will be involved here.

The main task pursued by programs in this area is the strengthening and protection of children's health. In addition, it is necessary to develop in preschool children many qualities, for example, dexterity, speed and others, and also to develop the skills and skills needed afterwards, according to the individual characteristics of each.

Physical education in the DOW uses the whole arsenal of possible means to strengthen the child's health: proper nutrition, outdoor exercise, hygiene and, of course, exercise. The latter are given special attention. In addition to specially organized classes, this includes physical exercises held during math or speech development classes, outdoor games for a walk or in a group, health gymnastics , etc. These should be exercises that correspond to the age-specific characteristics of pre-school children, and are also available to the majority Pupils. Their task is the development of large or small muscle groups.

Physical culture in kindergarten provides specially organized classes in this area. Usually, they are held several times a week, lasting no more than 20 minutes, in the morning. The educator at the same time follows the program, drawn up independently, or recommended by the administration of the institution, educational standards.

Children in these classes should be in sports form (white T-shirt, dark shorts) and shoes (sneakers, sneakers, Czechs). An important requirement for this clothing is convenience. The teacher (or other person doing the exercise) is recommended to use additional equipment (balls, hula-hoops, bowling, etc.), however, they should be safe for the kids, so that the risk of injury is minimal.

It should be noted that physical education in kindergarten promotes the all-round development of the child, developing not only physical, but also mental qualities such as attention, thinking, spatial and temporal notions, perception. In addition, this activity teaches us to work in a team, often contributing to team building.

Among other things, it should be noted games for children in kindergarten, as they also play an important role for physical development. They should be selected carefully, analyzing the tasks that they set for themselves. In addition to the formation of certain skills and skills, games contribute to children's knowledge of socially acceptable behavior in society, develop dexterity, speed of reactions and some other physical qualities. Correctly organized, active movements of the baby increase the resistance of his body to the emergence of infectious diseases, activate his immune system, and, therefore, have a positive impact on overall health.

It is very good if there is physical therapy in the kindergarten. Its main goal: prevention and correction of diseases of the respiratory system and the musculoskeletal system. The duration of the training depends on the age of preschool children and varies within 20-35 minutes. Exercises must be done systematically. Classes are conducted in a well-ventilated room, children should be in special, light clothing. Increasing the load should be carried out gradually. Exercises should be chosen in a variety of ways, they are recommended to be updated periodically.
