In the dialog box that appears, find the item called "Computer Configuration" and select it. Now you go to "Administrative Templates", then "Network", then - "Package Manager qos" and eventually "Limit Backup Bandwidth". Now on the tabs, find the "Parameter" and select "Enabled". Look carefully at the dialog window "Limit bandwidth", which appears, in which you select the value "Zero percent," instead of twenty.
