1. Wheels, whose diameter is 450 mm maximum. Details from a children's bicycle or stroller will do.

They need to be cut to 30 mm, but the thrust of the unit is not enough for this. Also from a sheet of metal for 4 mm in thickness or the bottom of the barrel, cut two circles of 380 mm each. On them, set the knives, which provide free rotation, as pruning is performed by removing vegetation with the participation of centrifugal force. There is also a device that drives the mower.

For the device, the lower discs of 450 mm in diameter can be used from the scraper. For the manufacture of axial shafts, their fastening with knives, take a metal pipe with a diameter of 30 mm. Need two bearings. One is put on it, and the second - on a welded pulley. Discs with knives are mounted on the axle shaft. Then the pulleys are welded to the pipe. Our mower rotor is almost ready.

To complete the manufacturing process, place a protective cover on top. The width of the workpiece is about 1150 millimeters. In this case, the lower drives of the device are attached directly to the frame by welding. The resulting rotary mowing machine is capable of cutting vegetation up to 5-7 centimeters high.
