The Great Wall Hover M2 is a new development of Chinese manufacturers. The original design, modern "stuffing", reasonable cost and good technical characteristics inspire confidence that this car will soon find a proper popularity among motorists.

The Chinese automobile corporation Great Wall, although not well-known in the world, has already shown itself well by releasing several models. One of them - SUV Great Wall Hover M2, which is made in a rather original "cubic" style.

The design of the "Great Wall Hover", though it does not look awesome, as an off-road vehicle is supposed to, but there is something menacing-daring in it. Perhaps, such a feeling is provided by a large front bumper with an off-road body kit, and the daring is given by an almost rectangular body shape. But still the Great Wall Hover M2 does not seem very long, but its length is about four meters. Probably, such an illusion arises because of the almost identical width and height, as a result of which the machine seems short.

Like all Hover cars, the SUV is designed and assembled very well. Despite its Chinese origin, interior decoration does not cause censure. There are no usual slots for "cars from China" and a nasty squeak. All panels and elements of plating for the Great Wall Hover M2 are adjusted to within a millimeter.

The controls are located very conveniently and ergonomically, with the exception of the button for heating the front seats. Before it is necessary to get with some difficulties. In all the rest, including a comfortable rear sofa for 3 passengers, the salon "Hover" is very convenient.

But in terms of intellectual stuffing developers from the Middle Kingdom seem to have surpassed themselves. In the middle of the front panel they have placed a whole multimedia complex, which includes navigation, radio tape recorder, bluetooth and many more. All information is displayed on a large touch screen, where during the rest period you can watch TV shows. However, to turn on the TV, it will take a long time to understand the formats, adjustments and settings.

But appearance, as they say, is a minor matter, but what is under the hood? It housed a sixteen-valve gasoline engine in volume of 1.5 liters and a capacity of 105 "horses". For off-road adventures a bit weak. But, judging by the purely passenger tires of 16 inches and the ground clearance of about 16 mm, the car was created for city roads. This is also evidenced by the plug-in all-wheel drive.

On the highway Great Wall Hover M2 behaves very obediently. He listens to the teams and keeps them in the corners. This is due to the semi-independent McPherson suspension. Slightly annoying noise in the cabin when driving at low speeds. With noise isolation, our Chinese friends have not worked out a bit. But it is necessary to pay tribute to the braking system. Disk ventilated brakes work instantly.

In principle, taking into account the cost of the SUV "Hover M2" - an excellent car, well adapted for Russian cities. In most of our megacities, the pluggable all-wheel drive will be an indispensable tool for overcoming road barriers. And the cost within 600 thousand rubles for a car of this class is quite acceptable.
