It is recommended to alternate them with daily washing of the feet using soap. The simplest tray includes ingredients such as soda and salt. Based on 1 liter of water we take 1 tbsp. L salt ( sea salt will also suit ). In this composition, add 2 teaspoons of bread soda. Take such a bath should not more than 15-20 minutes.

If you want to make a toning foot bath, then you need 2 tbsp. L of sea salt. We raise this amount of salt in 1 liter of warm (but not hot) water. The duration of such a procedure should not exceed 15 minutes. If sea salt is not at hand, then you can add the essential oils of eucalyptus, mint, spruce (but only a few drops) into the bath with water and hold the legs in it for about 15-20 minutes. At the end of the procedure, the feet should be wiped dry with a terry towel, and then massage your favorite nourishing cream.
