Filling out the declaration on the real estate object: who, when and why should this be done

Declaration on real estate is filled in the case of its registration under a simplified system. This is regulated by Federal Law No. 93, according to which the document is submitted in paper or electronic form in 2 copies to the competent authorities. After that, the registration of the erected object is carried out directly.

Under what conditions can you file a declaration

The first mandatory factor for its adoption by Rosregistration is the availability of documents for the land plot. This is not necessarily the right of ownership, it is enough just a contract of use or lease.

The second necessary condition for filing a declaration on the real estate object is the completion of construction. That is, the garden house or other structure located on the land plot should be put into operation. The BTI is responsible for this.

And the most important requirement for acceptance of the declaration on the real estate object is accuracy and accuracy. Everything should be written in blue ballpoint pen, in block letters, legibly, without corrections and blots.

How to fill out the declaration correctly

This document specifies all the information about the object, from its location and ending with information about the owners. The first point of the declaration on the real estate object is intended for a detailed description of its address. Information is brought here from the subject of the Russian Federation to the house number.

The second item is the kind of object. This can be either a household with the right to live, and without it, as well as an economic building or a garage. Specify the purpose of the object.

These are technical characteristics. It describes the nuances associated with the structure itself, the materials from which it is built, as well as the available communications. The sixth point is information about the owner of the building, including his registration, passport and other data. In the event that an object is owned by several persons, each fills the declaration on its own behalf, indicating in its seventh paragraph the amount of its share.

At the very end, as in any other document, the declaration of an object of immovable property is put on the filing date and signature. Filling out this document and endorsing it, the citizen confirms the authenticity of all the above information. Information to the registration authorities that do not correspond to reality is subject to administrative liability.
