For cooking, you need to cut cucumbers (sometimes their grated tuna, but this is optional), boiled potatoes, and chop the green onions, dill and mix the mixture with kefir before mixing well. The next step: mix the mayonnaise with mineral water and boil the eggs. At the final stage, the remaining ingredients should be cut into cubes and added to the okroshka. All this is filled with mineral water with mayonnaise. Do not forget to salt the dish, without salt it may seem tasteless.
