Employee's personal card - T-2 form, purpose and procedure of conducting

The employee's personal card is kept for each employee in the company. It records the basic data containing information about the work activity of the employee at a given location. This is done to ensure that after the employee's retirement or transfer to another organization it was possible to fully calculate it and, if necessary, provide all the information for the period of his work in the organization for verification.

It is possible to allocate the following information, which is subject to entering into a personal card:

- number of the order of employment,

- data from the work record book (work experience by type, availability of experience, which allows you to have the right to benefits, etc.)

- and passport data.

In addition, this card records data from the documents on graduation from the university or other educational institutions. The number of the insurance certificate, the certificate received by the tax authorities, and other information necessary for the company must be indicated.

When filling the card in special zones for encoding, the codes defined by the general classifiers are used. In Russia there are classifiers for these purposes:

- information on the population (abbreviated as OKIN);

- specialties according to the education (OSSO),

- occupations and positions of workers and employees with tariff grades (OKPDTR).

As for the section "Knowledge of a foreign language", the normative documents assume that the personal card of the employee of the form 2 should be filled in the following way: depending on the level of possession of a foreign language , "I can freely speak", "I read, translate," "I can explain And read. "

If during the work at the enterprise some information about the employee has changed, then all changes must be made to his card and must be certified by the signature of the head and the seal (if any).

Obligatory to fill in is Section II on the placement of an employee for military registration. The T 2 card in this section is filled out on the basis of information from documents such as a military ticket (for those who are in reserve), draftee certificates (for those who are called up).

In this case, the employee's personal card has a number of nuances in this section. In particular, persons who are in the reserve are indicated additionally

- the category of the reserve (except for the officers);

- composition - in this paragraph indicates the citizen's belonging to one of the categories of servicemen (command, soldiers, medical).

Item number 4 requires the recording of a military registration specialty (WUS) consisting of six digits. The fifth item is filled in using the established symbols:

A - good for military service,

B is suitable with small restrictions,

B - is limited,

D-not good.

If the employee did not provide accurate data (there are no marks on the military card), category "A" is placed.

The mark in the item number seven - "whether or not it is on the military register" is put in a simple pencil. In point a) the mark is put in the presence of the employee of a mobbing or stamp on the withdrawal of such prescriptions; B) is filled out for employees who are booked by the organization for the period of mobilization.

If the employee's personal card (Form 2) is entered into the person who is to be drafted, then one, three, four, seven points are not set, respectively. And in clause 2 the mark "is subject to an appeal" is put.

The employee's personal card in the eighth paragraph of the second section can be filled in and marked "withdrawn from the account." It is imposed if the citizen has reached the maximum permissible age for being in the reserve, and also if the citizen is found unfit for military service.

The section on hiring or transferring to other jobs is filled only on the basis of a relevant employment order or an order to transfer an employee to another workplace.

The employee's personal card in the "leave" section has the marks, which are set according to the orders issued at the enterprise about the departure and return of the employee to the put and additional leave. This information is entered during the whole period of the employee's work at the enterprise.

Additional information may include information regarding the training of employees and employees in higher education institutions, disability, etc.
