Electric post: classification and installation stages

Transmission and distribution of electricity is carried out through power lines, which can be of two types: air and cable. The first are installed on the supports, and the second are laid over cable structures or in the ground. This set of measures allows reliable communication of power plants, transformer substations and consumers.

The design, design and installation of electrical poles is regulated by appropriate regulatory documents, such as GOST and PUE. Mounting of power line supports is carried out by special technological cards with indication of the number of workers, the scope of work and the required technical devices, and also has a strict sequence. The support is a structure that holds the insulator and cable systems. Therefore, before a direct installation, you need to perform several steps:

1. Layout of the route. At the design stage, it is determined where each pillar will be installed, their total number and type. In addition, the distance between supports is indicated.

2. Development of wells. The assembly team goes to the site and drills the required number of wells in certain places. At this stage, specialized equipment is required.

3. Each pillar is installed electric, its base is securely fixed. The poles are aligned and checked for defects and damage.

4. Fastening of insulators and suspension of cables. The final stage of laying power lines should be carried out only with the permission of the relevant organizations and carried out exclusively by qualified specialists who have the required level of admission.

The installation process assumes unconditional compliance with all rules and requirements, which are determined by the project and regulatory documentation.

Classification of power transmission lines:

1. Wooden. They are considered the cheapest and easiest way of laying an electrical network. Such designs are characterized by comparatively low weight and increased elasticity, which, in turn, makes it possible to establish a pole electric in conditions of considerable wind loads. The service life of wooden supports is 40-45 years (due to the fact that this material is subject to decay processes and has a low level of strength).

2. Metal. These structures are capable of withstanding complex weather conditions and the impact of significant loads. The undoubted advantage of such supports is also the possibility of assembling them from several parts, which sufficiently simplifies the transportation and allows assembly work to be carried out directly at the installation site.

3. Reinforced concrete. The electric column made of this material has high strength, corrosion resistance, reliable and long-term operation (more than 50 years), even under the most unfavorable climatic conditions. As a result, these supports became widespread.

Set the post electric: the price of the question

The cost of this set of measures includes not only the price of the support itself, but also the payment for the delivery and labor of assembly workers, and in some cases the dismantling of old structures. In addition, the material from which the support is made must be taken into account.
