The internal policy of the state is a series of measures, laws, orders, decisions, government actions that regulate the economic, cultural, spiritual life within the state. Its department includes the development of the infrastructure of society, control over ensuring that all the rights of citizens are strictly observed, that economic processes stabilize, the spiritual, moral and scientific potential grow, so that the society along with its state steadily move along the path of progress.

From theory to practice

The internal policy of any country, in theory, should be aimed at improving the living standards of its citizens. An example of this is the United States. Their economy is the largest economy in the world, but the same country is considered the world's largest consumer. The state and its citizens consume almost 50% of everything produced in the world of goods, services and other things.

The question arises: how can we saturate such needs? What measures does the US government take? What is characteristic of the US foreign and domestic policy?

If we mention the foreign policy, then its strong aggressive character attracts attention. It is to meet its domestic needs that the United States must maintain the world's largest and most efficient army. US military expenditures are incomparable with the costs in this area of any other country.

The aggressiveness of the United States is expressed in the fact that this superpower unleashes armed conflicts in order to seize foreign natural resources, as was done in Iraq, in order to get Iraqi oil. The states are engaged in the organization of "color" revolutions around the world in order to bring to government in other countries a loyal to America government. A recent example is the invasion of Libya in defiance of all international law, the overthrow of Libyan authorities, and all for one purpose - again, to open access to oil, this time Libyan.

But after all, America itself is not poor in terms of natural resources. Its reserves can be envied. However, Americans treat them extremely carefully, and the internal policy of the country is aimed at preserving and multiplying them. For example, mining of minerals is not conducted in the continental zone, with the exception of Alaska. The American government thus cares about that future generations of citizens have enough of their resources, while in the world there will be a deficit.

Another wise step in strengthening our own economy and stabilizing the life of the population can be considered that the US government managed to make the rest of the world work for American dollars. In other words, oil and gas for the United States do not cost more than the cost of paper and paint, which went to print their currency, which became the equivalent of the world banknote ...

Naturally, the American population is protected by such a wise internal policy of their leadership. The most important thing is that it does not matter at all who will become the next president in the country. In any case, he, the Senate and Congress will think about the good of the American people.

And what about us?

The Russian Federation's internal policy is completely different. It is unique in that a Russian citizen economically feels like a foreigner in his country. Given that the main and sole owner of all natural resources is the people, then, according to any healthy logic, every Russian should receive a return on, for example, oil and gas super-profits of the country. But the oligarchic system led by President Putin is pursuing a completely different policy. And one of its negative manifestations was the principle of equal profitability in relation to the activities of the same Gazprom. The essence of this principle is this: it does not matter where and to whom gas is sold - to Germany, Ukraine or Smolensk, Kursk, Vologda and other areas - the profitability of sales should be the same. Those. Russian citizens are not only eliminated from receiving returns from the export of Russian wealth, but are also placed in a position equal to that of foreign buyers.

Let's go further. Every new year in Russia , all tariffs for housing and communal services are growing rapidly. They are raised by private management companies, depending on which are all residents of the country. Only this year, some exceptions were made, and according to Putin's command, the prices did not jump up. This is due to the fact that in December parliamentary elections were held, and in March presidential elections were expected. As soon as the elections were over, the rapid growth of tariffs began on July 1. Now there is an intention to raise them again, in the autumn, even without waiting for another new year.

Summary

What does such an internal policy of the Russian Federation, conducted by its leadership, say? It seems that the people standing at the helm of power do not consider this country their homeland. Their children study and live in the West, their money is in Western banks and they work for the economy of other states. The officials themselves, having gone to rest, also rarely remain in their native lands. Russia for them is nothing more than a means for personal enrichment, and the Russian people are nothing more than an electorate, and it needs to be slightly cajoled before the elections. On the one hand, one can only sympathize with citizens, and on the other - one must never forget that every people has the government that it deserves. The Russian government is elected by that same people, that does not consider it necessary to go to the polls, is not interested in politics, sincerely believing that his 1 vote will not solve anything. And as long as this state of affairs continues, such a level of consciousness, Russians will never heal as Americans do. Moreover, the Americans have a clear understanding that they hired the President, the Governor, the Senate and Congress to work, that their money - taxpayer money - goes to cover presidential spending and bureaucratic apparatus. That is why, almost what is wrong, they defend their rights. This is called developed civil society. The Russians, on the other hand, look at the president as a father-tsar, a benefactor, and on deputies - as a celibate. Naturally, with such a mentality one can not count on another life. And the internal policy of the state will not change its course.
