- Then you need to clarify the status of the hostel, where you need to get an extract from the register of municipal property of the city. This phase will take more time - from 3 to 4 months.

- after that get a coupon to file documents. At this stage, the question of the consent of privatization is resolved, a person may be denied this appeal, but he can apply to the court.

Anyway, but the privatization of the room in the hostel can also be disadvantageous - for a privatized room it will be necessary to pay all expensive utilities, as well as carry out self- overhaul.
