BeautySkin care

Do you like to play sports? Do not forget to take care of your skin!

It is familiar to everyone - you enjoy the radiance of your face after training, the skin looks healthy and fresh, and the next morning you wake up with a huge inflammation. Coincidence? Maybe. Nevertheless, there is a chance that the appearance of acne on the face is associated with your training.

Such a rash is a common problem. When you sweat, sweat is mixed with cosmetics, bacteria, grease, dirt from the training equipment, and all this has an effect on your skin. Fortunately, most of the problems can be prevented - just need to carry out the correct care. To achieve the goal these recommendations will help you: by following them, you prevent the repeated occurrence of rashes. So, let's figure out how you can protect your skin in the gym!

Wash before exercise

Perhaps you do not want to waste time washing off makeup before training, especially if you have to apply everything again after it, however this step will be your first move towards protecting your skin from rashes after training. Many people wash their face after training, but it's more important to wash your face before you start to practice. When you erase perspiration from the face during exercise, you simultaneously rub in the pores makeup, fat, dirt, dead skin cells and all the rest. This can lead to inflammation and blockage of the pores. Of course, if you do not have access to the sink and your favorite means for washing, this can be a problem. Use a tonic and cotton-like discs - just keep them in your bag to easily erase your makeup and fat from your face. So you can cleanse your skin and prepare it for training. You do not even need water!

Wear a bandage on your forehead during exercises

Even if you always wash your face before training, most likely, you do not think about hair too much, you simply tie them in the tail. Unfortunately, when you sweat, all the cosmetic products that you use for your hair get directly to your face. This affects the skin condition not in the best way. Conditioners for hair, varnishes, gels, dry shampoo - all this is not suitable for use on the face. Such remedies can change the alkaline balance of the skin and block the pores, which will lead to rashes. It is unlikely that you will wash your head before training, the simplest solution is a hair bandage that will not allow sweat from the scalp to get on your face.

Wear lightweight, spacious things

If you are prone to the appearance of rashes on the body, for example on the chest, back or buttocks, it may be the case in the grits. All that rubs against the skin on a site prone to acne, will cause the appearance of rashes. Sweat can enhance this process, but not always. The strongest thing is precisely friction. When you combine wet skin with tight clothing, friction becomes particularly intense. Of course, a spacious sports bodice - this is not an option, but everything else may well be a bigger size - body-tight tops, pants or shorts can minimize friction and allow you to get rid of permanent rashes. Remember this moment when trying on sports things before buying.

Wipe the equipment before use

In the gym conducted a study, which found that the simulators have 362 times more bacteria than in a public toilet. Such data can cause you to generally reconsider your sports habits. Just think about all these visitors to the gym, who sweat profusely and do not wipe the exercise equipment, go to the toilet and do not wash their hands after that, and then again touch them to the simulators that you use. This is a rather unpleasant sensation.

If you sit down or lie down on such a simulator, and just touch it, all these bacteria fall on you. The solution to the problem is simple - wipe all the simulators before you use them. If possible, use wet wipes or spray, which are provided by the gym itself. The main thing, do not wipe the same towel that wipes your face, so you will only make it worse - the bacteria from the simulators will instantly be on your skin and can cause serious inflammation. This deprives the use of a towel of any meaning.

Avoid spreading contaminants

The transfer of bacteria will happen in one way or another, you can not avoid it completely, nevertheless, if you carefully treat the environment around you, you can limit this process to yourself and your things. For example, do not hang your towel on a simulator that you have not wiped - so you will provide bacteria a quick way to your face.

It is better to place a towel around your neck. Do not lie down on an untreated yoga mat or touch your face, after you have touched the dumbbells - so you will transfer bacteria to the skin. Avoid touching your face at all during training, consider how you will clean the equipment before using it, this will spread the bacteria as little as possible. A little attention to such details - and your skin will be very grateful to you.

Quickly remove sweaty clothes

The longer you are in sweaty clothes after training, the more likely the appearance of rashes on the body. The reasons for this are two - rubbing, which arise from the contact of skin and wet tissue, as well as the accumulation of bacteria and viruses in clothing.

Try to go to the shower as soon as possible after training, or at least just remove sweaty clothes, so that your skin can breathe. This will allow you to reduce the likelihood of inflammation on the skin and protect you from the growth of bacteria in clothes soaked in sweat.

Wash your hands before washing your face

Of course, washing your face after training is a good idea, but first you need to wash your hands. If you do not wash your hands with soap, before you wash your face, you simply transfer the unpleasant bacteria from the gym to it. Try to avoid it and always remember that you should start with washing your hands.

Wash your equipment between uses

It may be tempting enough just to twist your yoga mat after training and forget about it until the next session. The same applies to towels. The problem with this behavior is that the bacteria will spread to dirty things and on the next use they will fall on your body. The most important problem is that people do not follow the hygiene after the workout. They use the same dirty towel, constantly forgetting to wash it. You can wipe your mat in a minute and use a few towels. Create a stack of special towels to easily take a new one and send the old one to the wash.

The importance of cleanliness

So, it is quite obvious that it is easy enough to prevent the appearance of rashes. The most important thing to remember is that you need to keep the skin as clean as possible and try to avoid contamination by wiping the machines. Remember and that you should quickly remove sweaty things after training, keep handy means for refreshing the face before and after classes.

Attention to the environment around you and limiting excess contacts with dirty surfaces will help you keep your skin clean and healthy. In this case, even the most intense schedule of training will not prevent you from looking attractive - you will always be perfect!
