Dmitry was born shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union - in the winter of 1990 in Balakovo. From 2006 to 2008 Dmitry Kugryshev was in the system of the Moscow CSKA. The hockey player played for youth teams, and as one of the most talented juniors was allowed to train the main line-up.
