Diet 1 table: menu for a week, indications and contraindications

Any disease requires attentive attitude towards it, at least for the period of treatment and recovery. Do not underestimate the importance of therapeutic nutrition. No matter how wonderful the pills are, they will not have a positive effect without observing all the rules.

All the variants of therapeutic nutrition were described and classified by dietician Manuil Pevzner.

Indications for table 1

Diet 1 table (menu) is issued exclusively by a doctor. It is intended for patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (12PK), which is accompanied by an increase in the level of acidity.

It is used after the acute period of the ulcer has been relieved or when the exacerbation is not pronounced.

The goal is to reduce the aggressiveness of exposure to the walls of the patient's stomach and 12PK food with excessively high or low temperature, mechanically potentially harmful, chemically active. In addition, it must stop inflammatory manifestations, optimize secretion and peristalsis, create conditions for early cicatrization of ulcers. Diet 1 table (menu for a week) should be carefully observed. Then it will give obvious positive results.

The main aspects of table number 1

The ratio of protein-fat-carbohydrates changes in the direction of reducing the consumption of carbohydrates. Thus, the caloric content of food decreases. The level of proteins does not change.

What features does the diet have 1 table? The menu for the week must be pre-recorded by the doctor. The maximum need to exclude from the diet products that increase secretion and irritation of the mucous walls of the stomach and 12PK. Everything is prepared for a couple, brewed, baked, but without crust. To avoid mechanical damage, it is recommended to clean the food.

Therapeutic diet number 1 has the following properties:

  • About 3 thousand kcal;
  • 100 mg of protein (60% of the animal);
  • Not more than 400 mg carbohydrates;
  • 100 grams of fat (30% vegetable);
  • Up to 10 grams of salt;
  • 1.5 liters of water.

Broths for the first dishes are prepared on vegetables. Recommended soups, mashed potatoes. Liquid dishes on milk can be made with cereals, vermicelli, grated vegetables. Add to the soup is allowed low-fat cream, refueling from the egg. Prohibited okroshka, borsch, soup. Excluded are all-rich broths, except for vegetable.

What can and can not be?

The diet allows you to eat pastries a day ago from the test of higher and first grade flour, dry biscuits and cookies, but with a frequency of up to 2 times a week.

It is not contraindicated to eat a cheese curd, baked patties with boiled meat, eggs. But it is impossible, if they are fried, with a crispy crust. It is forbidden to eat muffins and puffs, any freshly baked bread.

Dishes cooked or steamed are allowed. Only lean beef, young lamb meat, chicken, turkey, veal are used. You can eat cooked liver, tongue. From fish used low-fat varieties, cooked with a piece or cutlets.

Excluded from food are any canned food, smoked meat, fatty meat. Do not goose or duck. It is allowed to eat low-fat cream, milk, lactic acid products, but not too acidic, low-fat sour cream, non-acidic and low-fat cottage cheese.

Eggs are not prohibited, but only up to 3 pcs. There are cooked, but not steep, you can scramble for a couple. Rice, buckwheat, semolina, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, beets in a puree-like consistency are allowed. You can eat early zucchini, pumpkin. It is also possible to consume about 100 grams of non-acid tomatoes.

Fruits and berries are used cooked, mashed, baked. You can eat honey, non-acidic jam. Allows a weak concentration of tea, coffee and cocoa, a decoction of rose hips, diluted juices.

You can use vegetable oil, only refined, as well as creamy, melted. Products that are not listed are excluded a priori. Categorically it is unacceptable to drink alcohol, if the diet is 1 table. The menu for the week also excludes spices.

Table 1 has two subtypes: "a" and "b".

  • 1 group. A diet called "subtype 1a" is used to exacerbate an ulcer, a chronic form of gastritis with a high or normal acidity level, with acute gastroduodenitis, gastritis. Such a table is actual in the diet of patients with burns of the esophagus and stomach, at the stage of recovery from surgery on the organs of the digestive tract. You can eat no more than 1800 kcal per day. The consumption of carbohydrates is about 200 grams. The amount of salt per day decreases to 6-8 grams. Frequency of food intake - up to 6-7 times a day. Dishes are grated, boiled, steam. A feature of this subtype is the complete exclusion of bread, all vegetables and fruits.
  • Table 1b. This subtype of the first table is used for exacerbation of an ulcer, acute or chronic form of gastritis. The energy reaches 2600 kcal per day. Carbohydrates - about 300 g. Salts will remain up to 8 g. On the day the amount of meals is 5-6 times. Allowed liquid, grated and cooked to a mushy state, made for a couple of products.

Prohibitions are similar to table 1a. You can not cheese, all sour-milk products, pastry sweets, fresh vegetables and fruits. Drinks with gas, cocoa, coffee are excluded. Only 100 grams of breadcrumbs of high-grade flour are allowed from bread. You can eat cooked beets, potatoes, carrots, which are rubbed to the consistency of mashed potatoes.

Joint use of tables 1a and 1b

When the ulcer is exacerbated, the following dietary table scheme is often used. On the 1st-9th day of the disease, diet 1a is applied. From the 10th to the 14th - 1b.

But, as a rule, immediately the patient receives recommendations about the menu for a week. The fact is that these figures are relative. The number of days allocated for a particular diet at each particular stage of the course of the disease, individually for the patient. It depends on the severity of the disease, on the presence of concomitant pathologies, on how fast the patient is on the mend. If the condition worsens, then the menu for the week remains more sparing.

If the condition improves significantly, a wider list of products will be included in the current menu. It is not necessary to independently appoint or nominate and to cancel to itself a medical food. The point is not to withstand this diet, but to eat right from a medical point of view. This diet is equivalent to the prescription of medicines. If one day a doctor appoints a diet 1 table, the menu for the week should also be painted by him.
