Device Filters Aquaphor Favorit And Aquafor Morion

Flow filter Aquaphor Favorit is a complex system of water purification of Russian production. The working life of the device is 12 thousand liters of clean water, the filtration rate is 2.5 liters of clean water per minute. The filter of this model cleans water 100% from active chlorine compounds, 99% from oil products and phenol, 99% from heavy metals and pesticides. These figures indicate a very high degree of water purification. The filter of Aquaphor Favorit includes:

The principle of the Aquaphor Favorit filter is as follows: water is purified in two stages. The outer filtering layer of the block contains a mixture of activated carbon and Aqualin fiber. The internal carbon block has a porosity of one micron and provides purification of water from chlorine and organic impurities.
The water filter Aquafor Morion is also a Russian design, the world's first reverse osmosis filter with a hydraulic tank. The filter contains the following elements:
- mesh pre-cleaning module;
- the body of the water purifier;
- pre-treatment units;
- unit with reverse osmosis membrane;
- block of mineralization and conditioning;
- filter of the hydroautomatic unit.
After installing the filter, the water purification scheme is as follows. The water from the cold water supply network passes through the pre-filter, then it goes to the pre-treatment units. Plug-in modules K1-03 (4) and K1-02 (3) release water from active chlorine compounds, iron oxides and extend the working life of the membrane. The membrane housing has two outlet valves: for clean and drainage water. Clean water enters the tank, which is divided into storage and control sections. In the storage section there is completely purified, ready-to-drink water, and in the control section there is a pre-cleaned pre-filter. As the amount of clean water decreases, the liquid from the control section is forced into the drain. At the same time, there is no resistance to the outlet of clean water. When the storage tank is fully filled, the valve operates, blocking the flow of water into the water purifier. When you open a tap of clean water in the control section, another "portion" of water comes in, squeezing the purified water through the conditioning unit to the tap. In the air-conditioning unit, the Aquafor Morion water filter has a replaceable filter model K1-07, which eliminates unpleasant taste and odor.
After installing the filter in the system, the water obtained at the first and second filling of the storage tank is recommended to drain.
