At the moment, several types of these devices are produced. This bubble, hydraulic and construction laser level. The most common is the first species.

So, the bubble building level is used most often, since it has low cost, is convenient and universal in use, and also does not require much experience at work. Usually they are released in a plastic, metal or combined casing, in which flasks are filled, filled with a special liquid, where the bubble "floats". The principle is simple - when the bubble is exactly in the center, it means that the level is found.

Before you buy this building level, you need to check its performance. This can be done on a special stand, and you can also attach it to a flat surface. If the bubble has taken the necessary location, then the level is good for work, and it can be purchased.

The bubble building level can be chosen from numerous options. They have different colors (usually yellow), sizes, and also can be equipped with auxiliary elements - a handle, ruler, a magnet for attaching to a metal surface, etc. When choosing one of them, it is important to choose the most convenient for yourself and for the place of construction or repair work.

The second type - the hydraulic building level - is the cheapest. It's just a transparent hose that is filled with water. They are used only on horizontal surfaces to determine mutually remote objects. It is filled with water and operates on the principle of the law of communicating vessels. During use, it is important that the tube does not have air or other foreign objects that interfere with the measurement.

When choosing one of the hydro levels, emphasis is mainly on strength and transparency.

The last, the most expensive kind is the laser level of construction. Working with just a couple of batteries or on a battery, it is a powerful tool. It is possible to create a beam projection over a long distance (up to 100 m and more). Conditionally, these devices can be divided according to their functional capabilities. Some are intended for constructing directions, and others are for projecting planes. More expensive laser levels can emit at once 10 beams, which makes the work even more accurate.

The laser level is very easy to use. To master it, it is enough to read the instructions that are attached to the equipment.

Whichever level is acquired, it is important to be careful when using it. Especially it is worthwhile to handle devices that are placed in a plastic case - they must be protected from bumps. After all, a broken device can show the wrong result, as a consequence - spoil the design. This entails a waste of resources and time, which is very unpleasant.
