It is in this case that the organizational structure of the company will contribute to the achievement of the set goals and objectives.

If we consider any non-production company, then we will see the absence of technical posts, since there is simply no technological cycle here. This includes organizations such as banks, holdings, marketing and advertising firms, insurance and management companies. The peculiarity of their management is the constant work with economic and marketing information, which is transferred from one department to another by chain. In general, this structure of the management company is a well-organized cycle of the sequence of all works, as a result of which the company can provide the final product or service. It is important to note that when creating any non-production firm, the most difficult is precisely the proper construction of the organizational chain, which will reflect the systems of subordination, management, as well as control over the execution of the duties assigned to the employees.
