You will need:

• Felt width of 22 cm by 28 cm;
• scissors;
• Glue gun;

Step-by-step instruction:

1. To get a neat and even collar of beads, with your own hands, first make a template. For a basis it is possible to take any shirt or a dress with which presumably will carry collar. Draw the line of the neck on paper, and make the ends of the product (sharp or rounded) at your discretion.
2. Cut out both parts of the collar from the felt. Be sure to leave the ledges on the front - they are needed to fasten the two parts of the collar.
3. Apply one allowance to the other, pre-applying hot glue between them. Do not worry, there will not be a connection point - it will be covered with ornaments.
4. Now proceed to the most important thing - decorating. Collar made of beads, made by your own hands, will look very dignified, if you take the trouble and plan (lay out on the template) beads, beads and other materials in a symmetrical pattern.
