So often I want to cook something delicious and unusual, because everyday pilaf and patties with potatoes are already bored. And how many dishes, appetizing and fragrant, you can cook from chicken fillet. So, if you are going to celebrate something or just want to gather friends and family at a family table, chicken breast chops will become the best dish that you cook. Just imagine how you can impress everyone with your ability to cook, and, such unusual dishes and so delicious.

So, how to cook chicken breasts? First of all, you need to calculate how many chops you need to fry. Estimate, that from one chicken fillet it is possible to prepare two chops. Therefore, for ten people you will need to take five chicken breasts, provided that each guest gets one chop.

In order to cook chicken breast chops, you will need the breasts themselves (on average we take 5 pieces), one can of champignons, 200 grams of cheese ( you can take any cheese for your taste), spices and salt (one teaspoonful), and chicken bouillon. First take the breasts and cut each one along. Then lightly beat off (it is worth noting that the chicken fillet and so tender enough), but before you beat, you can grease it with garlic. Of course, all seasonings are added to your taste and taste. After you beat the meat, it should be lightly fried over a small fire. It will be enough to literally 3-5 minutes from each side, and the meat is already ready. Then you need to do the filling.

Usually there are no toppings in the chops, but every housewife has her own recipes. Chicken chops can be cooked and stuffed, and without it, however, in the first variant they are more appetizing and juicy. But how to prepare the stuffing itself is the business of the mistress herself. Ideally, you need to take a can of champignons, but if you have your mushrooms rolled up, then you can add them without problems. Take these mushrooms and fry. Only do not cover with a lid so that the liquid evaporates from them. Mushrooms can be transferred to a plate in 15 minutes. Let them cool down a little, add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Stir them and add one teaspoon of starch, so that when frying the mushrooms do not fall apart, but lie on the chicken. Now, work up the cheese: grind it on a grater and, if desired, you can add a little mayonnaise.

So, all the ingredients are ready and the chops can be baked. For those who want to cook everything faster, you can bake in a skillet. But better, of course, and tastier chops that are baked in the oven. Many housewives bake sandwiches and pork chops. The recipe (in the oven, you do not risk giving your dish more calories) is fairly simple and fast, because usually the dishes are cooked at a temperature of 200-250 degrees. And chops from the chicken breast should be carefully laid out on a baking sheet, put mushrooms on top and sprinkle with cheese. Count all the ingredients so that all chops have the same amount of filling. After all the chops are on the pan, boldly send it to the oven. Note that the chicken is already ready, and you only need to melt the cheese. Therefore, the temperature should not be too high, it will be sufficient 150-200 degrees. After 10-15 minutes, the oven can be turned off and chop the chicken breasts. If desired, you can sprinkle on top with herbs: parsley or dill to give more flavor.

Under such a dish, both red and white wine will suit perfectly. The most important thing is for the company to be good, which will appreciate your efforts at its true worth.
