Bursitis of the heel and the basis of treatment

When bursitis heel it is useful to make foot baths with an extract of pine cones, which must be pre-soaked in cool water, then boil for 30 minutes and insist during the night. Treating bursitis of the heel with folk remedies should be accompanied by such a useful and pleasant procedure as massage. It should be recommended before bedtime, using a mixture of lavender, eucalyptus and petrolatum oils. After the procedure, wear a warm sock and place a small roller under the foot, which will help to remove the fatigue accumulated during the day.
