At the end of the same year, Dmitry was offered to become deputy to Andrei Kozyrev, the foreign minister, but he refused. In the spring of 1992, Rogozin began to create an inter-party structure, whose goal was to unite the Cadets, Christian Democrats and Social Democrats. In the spring of the following year, he not only created, but also headed the movement, which included communities, Russian communities, public and political organizations. Dmitry Rogozin, whose biography is full of facts and events, began to gain momentum: he participated in elections, worked as a deputy, chairman in the State Duma, was responsible for successful negotiations with the EU.
