Like any other business, bathing in the ice-hole has its own tricks:

  • So that the shoes do not cool down, put in it folded socks;
  • Warm up the shoes will help bottles with warm water that you can take from home;
  • If there is no house near the house, you can warm up by sweating with warm water.

If you have the first bath in the hole, then make sure, first of all, that it is safe for health. This hardening of the body is considered extreme and, in the presence of certain diseases, can have an extremely undesirable effect.
