An analysis of the poem "Russia" - a vivid example of Russian symbolism

Alexander Aleksandrovich Blok belongs to the category of those poets who describe in their works not fictional subjects, but quite real images and situations. He does not embellish reality, but he talks about what is really happening. Blok's creativity can be attributed to Russian symbolism. Representatives of the literary current of that time actively compared the internal and external world, while the former was considered more truthful and present. In order to understand something, one must know this world, and as a cognition, a symbol was proposed that was endowed with a certain meaning.

The poet-symbolist in his poems describes blurred images, inspires the reader with a certain mood, and in this he is helped by the picturesque and musical elements. The verse of the Russia Bloc is a vivid example of the use of the aesthetics of symbolism. It has both effective alliteration and expressive assonance, which makes the stanza more diverse and extends the rhythmic possibilities of the work.

The poem was written in 1908 and entered the cycle "On the Kulikovo Field," where works on the native land were collected. Analysis of the verse of the Russia Bloc shows how much the poet loved his homeland and tried to see in her past not only the present, but also the future. The author draws attention to the fact that Russia was poor and miserable, but such, apparently, it is and will be.

An analysis of the poem "Russia" shows how skillfully the poet portrays the ideal and everyday together, thereby continuing the tradition of Nekrasov. His verse in something similar to the work of Lermontov's "Motherland", but Lermontov describes the real picture, but Blok resorts to beautiful images. The title of the work is symbolic, because the author addresses specifically to Russia, he perceives his country as the only woman worthy of love.

An analysis of the poem by the Russia Bloc shows that sad motives predominate in the work, this may be due to the recent revolution, which brought nothing to society but disappointment, as well as to the personal drama of the poet, from which the beloved left for the best friend. In the early verses Alexander Alexandrovich elevated the image of the Beautiful Lady, but now her place was taken by the Motherland, the only woman who deserves love and understanding.

The poet loves his native land the way it is, this is shown by the analysis of Blok's "Russia" poem. The share of the homeland suffered a lot of suffering, but she coped with them, the author is sure that in the future, whatever she expects, she will cope with everything. One tear more, one less - what difference does it make if a stormy river flows from these tears. This Alexander Aleksandrovich emphasizes that no tribulations of Russia are not terrible, it will endure all.

An analysis of the poem "Russia" shows how accurately the author applies color, sound, words-symbols, which strengthen artistic images and develop the idea. The alliteration of deaf consonants increases the background of general squalor and poverty, but the voiced consonants prevailing at the end of the verse give hope for the bright future of the country.

By a skillful combination of various techniques, Alexander Blok showed the patriotic feelings of the lyrical hero, which he himself is. He loves his country, despite many tragedies, future turmoil, and believes that she will endure everything and remain as rich and beautiful.
