What will it take to make a home made foam drink? First of all, water, malt, hops and yeast are needed. The key to quality beer is properly prepared ingredients. So, the water used for it should be soft. Enough to boil it for about half an hour. Hop can be used bought or collected independently. For example, if you have a summer residence, you can prepare raw materials there. The ripening of hops begins in mid-August. The harvested crop must be dried in wooden boxes and crushed under a press. Malt is the sprouted grain of barley, wheat or rye. The most commonly used barley. How to brew beer at home?

You will need the following equipment: a capacity of twenty to thirty liters for the wort, a fermentation tank with a hydraulic seal, a thermometer, a mixing spoon, a siphon tube and bottles. Before you can make beer at home, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Pour a couple of liters of water into the pan and add a kilogram of sugar, boil. Warm the jar with malt extract in hot water and pour its contents into the fermentation tank, previously sterilized. Then send the prepared sugar syrup and mix everything thoroughly. Fill the mixture with cold water in the volume of twenty liters. It is desirable that the water is filtered. The temperature of the resulting solution should be suitable for fermentation and be between eighteen and twenty-four degrees of heat. The next stage is the addition of brewer's yeast. They will determine the process of fermentation of beer wort. Yeasts should be covered evenly, avoiding lumps, but also quickly enough that the future beer does not have too long contact with the environment. Close the fermentation container and make sure it is sealed. Install the water trap and pour water into it. The container can be placed in a cool room and can withstand the necessary time. How much and how to make beer at home depends on the variety, but on average it takes about five to eight days. During the fermentation, the lid should never be opened. When the time passes, the beer can be bottled and added hops. Cones, fresh and large, are placed on the bottom of the container and are filled with a drink. Up to the neck it should remain about five centimeters. For secondary fermentation in bottles, a couple of teaspoons of sugar is added per liter of beer. After that, everything is closed and shaken.
