A vase made of paper can become an ornamental decoration of the house and an unusual souvenir gift. You can make it in a variety of ways from materials, glue and origami. Let's start with simple, but unusual crafts made of paper.

Vase-flashlight

For this product, you need to take a gift and office white paper, scissors, thick cardboard. Take the cardboard and glue it into the tube. In principle, you can use two or three rolls of toilet paper, which you need to glue together.

Then wrap the roll with white office paper. This will be the basis of the vase. You can take another color. It will depend on the gift paper. From two edges on the roll, mark 1.5 centimeters and draw a barely noticeable line with a pencil in a circle.

Next, cut the gift paper on a 1.5-centimeter-wide strip. Their length should be such that to wrap the vase 180 degrees and hold the shape of the flashlight. Instead of a gift paper, you can use decorative fabric, which you need to paste on Whatman and cut into strips.

Now glue the strip from both sides of the roll to the pencil line diagonally, that is, the second edge in comparison with the first one should be 180 degrees. Strips are glued tightly to each other along the edges, and in the middle a wavy pattern is formed. It turns out an original elegant vase made of paper.

Book decorative vase

To make an unusual crafts you will need:

• Unnecessary books of the same size;
• cardboard;
• scissors;
• pencil;
• bottle;
• glue.

On a glass bottle, measure the height and measure it on the cardboard. Draw a pattern half of the vase or bottle. These bottles will be glued to the bottle. Now put the template on the book, firmly press and cut the workpiece with a torch.

Try not to deform the book. It is enough to cut out two of them in the shape of a vase. Then, when the covers are folded together, a convex shape of the vase is formed. With these blanks, cover the glass bottle and glue them to each other. It turns out an unusual newspaper vase of paper for flowers.

For this craft, it is important to take the bottle even, without bends. Depending on the template, you can create different forms of vases, bottles, pots. Multicolored vase made of paper

Another option for beginners - to make an original craft in the technique of quilling. For this, take multi-colored logs, paper, scissors and glue. Cut slices into thin strips. Their width determines the density of the product.

That the vase was dense, it is better to make it from tight rolls. To do this, place a strip on the pencil and paste the edge. If there is no special tool for wrapping paper, then in the toothpick make an incision and insert a strip into it.

Rolls need to be done a lot, of different sizes. Next, carefully glue together the rolls in the form of a vase. Each new row is glued only after the previous one has dried. You can put a finished bottle with paper blanks, then you can put flowers in it.

Decorative vases can be made from other figures. To do this, make a free roll, then paste the end of the paper and create a shape of a leaf, a square, an eye. But such products will be fragile. A vase of paper will be colored if the rolls are made of strips of different colors.

How to make a vase of origami? Preparatory stage

Cut from 18 sheets A4 560 white, from 6 sheets - 192 red and from 2 sheets - 36 yellow rectangles. The standard sizes of the rectangles are 5.3x7.4 cm or 3.7x5.3 cm. Then make the modules:

• Take a rectangle and fold it in half, so that the edges are closed along the length;
• Bend and straighten the strip along this line several times;
• Then put the narrow rectangle obtained with the folded side up and fold it in half, closing the sides along the width;
• Also several times along this line, bend and straighten the rectangle to chart a stable fold line;
• Unbend the narrow rectangle and bend the corners like the airplane (note that the shape of the house is obtained: triangle from above and rectangles at the bottom);
• Turn the figure so that the face is a solid triangle and bend the rectangles up;
• Then at the rectangles, bend the corners along the line of the figure and tuck them inward (that is, the corners should not wrap the module, they curl inward);
• Now the triangle obtained is bent in half.

It turned out a kind of triangle with pockets, where other modules will be inserted.

Origami of paper: vase patterns

Modular origami is a kind of a designer of paper. Modules are arranged in a staggered order, then connect two rows of 16 pieces and close in a ring. Make another row in a staggered order and turn the workpiece inward. It turns out that the middle is snug against the table, and the ends of the modules go up.

This is the basis of the vase. In this position, add a series of white modules. Next row - we start adding red triangles.

• 5 row: alternate to the end 3 white (B) and 1 red (K) modules.
• 6p: 2B, 2K.
• 7p: 1B, 3K.
• 8 row completely out of red triangles, add 4 modules evenly.
• 9p: 1 yellow (G), 4K (yellow triangles are located under the red modules of the fifth row).
• 10 °: 2 °, 3 °.
• 11p: 3J, 2K.
• 12p: 2J, 3K.
• 13p: 1J, 4K. Pay attention: from yellow the original patterns similar to diamonds turn out.
• 14p: there will be all red modules and add 4 more triangles evenly. That is, it will all work out 24.

The final stage of the vase from origami

Next is the alternation of red and white modules according to the scheme. Note that White is positioned exactly over the white triangles of the 7th row:

• 15 row: 1B, 5K.
• 16p: 2B, 4K.
• 17p: 4B, 3K. Add evenly 4 pieces of white.
• 18p: 5B, 2K.
• 19p: 6B, 1K.
• 20 row completely from white triangles, add 4 more pieces (there will be 32 pieces in total).
• 21p: 32B.

The vase with flowers from the paper is almost ready. It remains to make decorative edges. To do this, insert the 4 white modules into each other. Such racks need to be made 16. The same number of arches should be made from 13 triangles and legs.

Now from the stands make the legs for the vase and insert them through one module to the bottom of the vase. From above also through the module you install racks on which you install arches. A vase made of paper in the origami technique is ready! You can put paper or dried flowers in it.
