After all, they will actively introduce you to everyone, and without any embarrassment, telling the entire story of the person to whom you just presented. These ladies already for sure you all told everyone, so do not be frank with them.

You can adopt all the habits of the team (or at least pretend). But such actions may not succeed. Often newcomers try to fit in with the team, making one of the most common mistakes: they change their beliefs, win the respect of their colleagues, but cease to respect themselves.   1. Do not try to prove something to someone. This is a very ungrateful business. Anyway, too curious colleagues behind your back find out the "truth". So do not try to persuade them and do not be offended! After all, these people can not be changed.

You notice this phenomenon immediately, as experienced colleagues will tell you that you are doing something wrong. Although these same employees can have absolutely nothing to understand in your area. Maybe the director himself will provoke you.   4. Another test for the beginner will be parties and gatherings with staff. If you refuse them, then get ready for the onslaught, but for a friend's reason. You will be told that you are separated from the collective. But if your spiritual attitude against such activities and festivities, then you should not go at all about it. For example, if you do not drink alcoholic beverages, but on corporations with colleagues you will drink alcohol so as not to look like a "black sheep", then it will not end good for your self-esteem.

Try to find the middle ground. In any team, you can find both pluses and minuses. So pay more attention to the advantages and do not focus on the shortcomings.
