Zrazy of minced meat

Simple cutlets seem rather banal? In a sense, it is, at least, they will not be served on the table by expensive guests. And what if you make zrazes from stuffing? This is a more interesting dish, and you can even experiment with meat and fillings. So, we prepare zrazy!

Zrazy of beef with cheese

Half a kilogram of defrosted fresh beef to pass through a meat grinder, into a minced meat to break one chicken egg, pour a little milk, salt and pepper.

Filling. One bulb is chopped and fried, put in a bowl, chop one boiled egg, grate 50-100 grams of cheese, put any greens, add salt and seasonings.

From the stuffing to make flat breads in the thickness of a centimeter, distribute the cooked stuffing over them. Combine the edges and shape the eyes, then roll them in flour and fry them on both sides to a ruddy crust.

In a skillet with zrazami cut a gram of 700 potatoes, pour a dish of 100 ml of cream and put the baked in the oven for 20 minutes.

Zrazy of minced pork with canned champignons

To make minced meat, roll a half kilogram of pork, one onion, a clove of garlic and 100 grams of white bread through a meat grinder. Ready ground salt.

Filling. Fry the onion with canned champignons (enough one jar). Put roast in a blender and grind, but not until the formation of porridge. Add seasoning and salt.

Form zrazy from minced meat and fillings, roll in flour, dip into a mixture of beaten eggs (enough two pieces) and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry for about 10 minutes on each side.

Zrazy of turkey "Original" with tomatoes and cheese

Minced meat. 600 grams of turkey fillet through a meat grinder, add onions pre-fried onion oil and a couple cloves of garlic, soaked in water slice of white bread (necessarily wring), greens, one raw egg, pepper and salt. Mix all.

Now, form minced meatballs of the desired size. 3-4 tomatoes and 150 grams of cheese cut into cubes and press them into cutlets. First fry zrazes on high heat from both sides, then bring it to readiness on a slow fire.

Zrazy of beef in Romanian

About 800 grams of beef cut into slices, which should be discouraged and rubbed with salt.

Filling. A pound of carrots, a couple of bulbs, 200 grams of celery and 100 grams of smoked bacon are cut into small cubes and put fried, but there should not be a lot of vegetable oil. As soon as the vegetables are ready, put them in a bowl, add to them chopped greens, salt and seasonings.

Prepared the filling spread over the beef from the beef, roll in rolls and slaughter them with a toothpick (you can just tie it up). Fry in a sauté pan until a crust appears, pour a glass of meat broth and send it to the oven.

Prepare a sauce for the zraz. Boil a glass of broth and tomato paste (two tablespoons) added to it, put a piece of butter (about 50 grams). Stirring, gradually fill 1,5 spoons of flour. Add salt, pepper and half a glass of red wine. Boil for 15 minutes, then get zrazy, pour them with sauce and send again to the oven. In total, zrazy should be prepared half an hour.

Zrazy with minced meat and omelette

700 grams of absolutely any minced meat mixed with one grated potato and raw egg. Salt, pepper, mix.

Beat three eggs with a quarter glass of milk and greens, be sure to salt. Prepare an omelet from this mixture, then cut it with a medium-sized straw.

Form zrazy from minced meat and chopped omelet, fry, then send to the oven.

Sauce. Three tablespoons of sour cream mixed with a pair of crushed garlic cloves. Lubricate this mixture with almost ready zrazy, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top (about 100 grams will be needed).
