Yuliya Gushchina: sport achievements and biography

Guscina Julia is one of the best athletes in the history of modern Russia. This is the owner of a huge number of awards, including state awards.

Childhood and youth

The future champion was born in March 1983, in Novocherkassk. The girl in her childhood wanted to become an athlete, and therefore did everything possible to make the dream become a reality. For the first time in the track and field athletics section, Yulia was still a pupil of the school. If for most peers and peers training was an ordinary entertainment, then she came here as a job and laid out one hundred percent. Even then understood Julia Gushchina - track and field athletics Becomes a matter of her life. Trainers began to notice that among all the children a fragile girl with blond hair stands out. They began to give her a little more attention, and, as it turned out, this was quite enough.

Being very small, Julia begins to take part in all sorts of competitions. She won almost every tournament and enjoyed some popularity in narrow circles. The athlete knew that for a successful career this is not enough, and continued to work even harder. As a result, total dedication will bring the result.

Adult career

Julia Gushchina finally realized that she had become a professional at the age of nineteen. It was then that she was first invited to the Russian national track and field team. At first it was not called for serious tournaments. A significant award was won only in 2004, at the European Cup. It is worth noting that at this tournament the runner participated until 2008 and constantly brought home gold awards.

In 2006, Guschina won the World Cup, which was held in Athens. Then she managed to excel at the World Championships in Gothenburg. The athlete won gold in the team relay race and became the second in the race for two hundred meters.

The year 2008 was extraordinarily fruitful for the athlete. First of all, it is worth noting the gold and silver of the Olympic Games. After a while, she again won the gold award at the World Indoor Championships. The line of the continent in the room where Yulia once again became the best was brought to a close under the successful season.

The next year turned out to be less successful. The collection of awards was replenished with the silver medal of the continental championship in the team race. In 2010 and 2011, Julia will again win gold at the same tournament.

In 2012, the athlete expected to be the first at the Olympics, but unfortunately she could not do it. Julia Gushchina brought home silver, which she won in the relay four to one hundred meters.

A year later, the World Cup was held in the Russian capital. Naturally, local athletes were required to demonstrate everything they could do. The runner managed to get another gold medal.

At the country's championship the girl has been representing the sports club Dynamo for many years.

Personal life

Unfortunately, we do not know too much about what a sportswoman's life is outside of sports. It is only known that Julia Gushchina married Ivan Buzolin six years ago, who also trains athletics, namely running. A young man is not as popular as his wife, and does not have such a number of awards in his record. It is known that in 2008 he was supposed to take part in the Olympic Games, but he was not allowed to run directly in China. Young people live a quiet and peaceful family life.

Much has been achieved by Yulia Gushchina. Her biography can be considered complete only after the results of the sportswoman in her professional career are given in it. For starters, it's worth mentioning the results in the room:
