World of Warcraft. Trolls and their history

Orcs, elves and other mystical creatures devoted a lot of stories, films and games. World of Warcraft was no exception. The trolls play an important role in it, however they were unfairly forgotten by the fans. Today we will tell a brief history of this race and recall their participation in the games.

In Warcraft, the trolls look like a mix of orcs and elves. They have sharp ears and long tusks-tusks. The average troll 6-7 feet tall has three fingers on his hands and only two on his legs. The developed musculature makes from this race excellent hunters. And the rapid regeneration of the limbs and the restoration of health make the warriors of this tribe afraid. The color of the skin trolls usually varies depending on the place of residence - from green in the woods to white in the snow.

History

Ironically, in Warcraft, trolls are the oldest race that lived in Kalimdor. Approximately six thousand years before the first incursion of the Burning Legion into Azeroth, the trolls were the masters of the whole world. Except for small tribes, there were two main empires - Amani and Gurubashi.

Despite the presence of a large number of disagreements between the two states, wars were extremely rare. The main fighting took place mainly with intelligent insects Akira. After several thousand years in Warcraft, the trolls defeated their opponents, and the world reigned. Around the same time, the night elves discovered the Well of Eternity.

Abusing the discovered magic, they started a war against the troll civilizations and literally in a few years completely destroyed the empires built for millennia. At the end of this Ancient War, a cataclysm occurred that split the continent into several parts and led to the existence of that world that is known to us in a series of games.

Separately it is worth mentioning the war of trolls with high elves. After the founding of Quel'Thalas on the former lands of this people, the trolls accumulated forces for 4000 years and were wary of the magic of the elves. However, having collected a large enough army, they attacked the race of immortals. Without the help of people, the elves would have lost this war, but the united army could stop the attackers. As a result, the Warcraft trolls have lost many lives, but they have not been able to revive their former greatness.

In Game

With the modern history of trolls, we get acquainted through the well-known series of games. After the support of Thrall, the trolls from the Darkspear tribe found themselves a new home and became part of the horde. Now this is a game race in World of Warcraft.

The Horde trolls enjoy all the advantages of their strong body. They have an increased ability to restore health and masterfully own small arms (increased chance of critical attack). In addition, their hunting skills also play an important role, increasing damage to animals.

A special and most important skill in the arsenal of trolls is the ability to fall into the state of a berserker. It increases attack and casting speed. Thanks to him, trolls are considered a top race for a class of hunters and magicians of all stripes, including healers and shamans.
