What is upbringing? This impact, and organized in a systematic and purposeful process. Its purpose is to influence the physical and spiritual development of a person, forming his readiness for social activity. Social activities are made up of the production, cultural and social aspects.

What is upbringing in school? The fact is that it is inseparable from education and education. In education, it is difficult to identify the components that affect the character, the will and emotions. In education, everything is more or less clear, it is important to develop a cognitive sphere and intellect there. Two processes are carried out simultaneously, affect the individual, while the goal of education is the acquisition of knowledge, and the goal of education is the emergence of the individual as a person with a positive attitude to the world, to other people, and the formation of his skills of relationships with him.

Elements of the process of education are the following: the fulfillment of its goals and tasks by creating interactions between the educated and the educator as between the subject and the object. Education has various forms and operates with all sorts of methods and technologies that cause mechanisms and processes for their implementation. The process is controlled by means of diagnosing its effectiveness, they also determine the occurrence of tumors in the character of the person being educated.

What is education, everyone learns in the family, it is the family that is the environment and the leading component of the educational process. At the same time, the whole society is also interested in educating a new generation in accordance with generally accepted rules and traditions.

Therefore, there is such a direction as civic education. It is called upon to form integrative qualities of the individual, allowing him to realize himself in legal, moral and political aspects. The main elements of civic education are the moral and legal directions of upbringing and education. The main goal of civic education is the formation in the individual of moral ideals, approved by society, of a sense of love for one's country, the need to carry out activities that benefit society, and so on.

Patriotic education of young people is closely connected with civil and legal education.

The fundamental changes that have taken place in society, in the political, economic and social aspects, have caused fundamental changes in the sphere of education. The change in ideological attitudes led to the fact that out of education such universal human aspects as the formation of a citizen and a patriot fell out.

These omissions are detrimental and manifest in behavior, for example, students and schoolchildren. They are the most progressive, creative and intellectually active part of the current young generation. They must play a significant role in the spiritual, social, economic and political renewal of society. But their passivity is both political and social, not to mention civil. In addition, their desire to isolate themselves from the society is clearly manifested, which is expressed in extreme individualism, limitation of intellectual needs, legal nihilism and disrespect for the norms of morality adopted in society.

Is it not clear that such upbringing does not contribute to the strategic goals of the development of society and the country as a whole? To achieve progress, it is necessary to have social forces capable of building civil society and a rule of law state. Therefore, modern education should enhance the civil, legal and patriotic culture of the personality of a young person, and this should be his main task.
