What does the hieroglyph "love" look like? Are Chinese and Japanese characters "love" similar?

Everyone knows the expression "Chinese literacy". It means something complex, incomprehensible to those who lack knowledge in a certain field. And indeed, in the grammar of many Eastern peoples a hieroglyphic letter is accepted, and the symbols themselves are simply an infinite number.

Chinese literacy in practice

Each hieroglyphic sign consists of so-called radicals, which have an independent meaning. Do those who study Chinese or Japanese learn them all? How do they write (or rather draw) the Japanese and the Chinese?

And how about the Japanese?

Signs of Japanese writing are borrowed in China. This happened in the fifth century of our era, and this explains the common ideographic features of the two neighboring peoples. If you carefully consider the Japanese character "love", then in its radicals you can distinguish all the elements of its Chinese prototype: the roof, and claws, and the heart, and even a slow gait, though not immediately. Writing calligraphers from the Land of the Rising Sun is characterized by greater softness and smooth lines. Speech, too, sounds different. If the Chinese language completely lacks the letter "P", then in Japanese, the same applies to the sound of "L". The interpretation of radicals differs in the same way as phonetics.

In the national character of the Japanese, an important place is occupied by the voluntary imposition of obligations and their careful observance. They will never say, like us: "I do not owe anything to anyone." If the motherland, family, parents or enterprise consider that a person needs to do so, and not otherwise, he will give up his emotions or desires and fulfill their will. And if a Japanese loves, then this is eternal love. The hieroglyph consists of many dashes and lines, deciphered by a whole set of feelings. Here and energy, and spiritual intimacy, and pacification, and union. In general, the almost ideal ties of Hymen with some national specifics. The hieroglyph writing can differ depending on what value it is given (koi or kanji).

Not at once and not everyone will be able to understand what this or that tattoo is, a hieroglyph. "Love" is now punctured in Japanese or Chinese, on different parts of the body and not always, unfortunately, in the correct spelling. But it should be remembered that Eastern calligraphy is an art to which masters learn for years, and any inaccuracy can lead to the fact that the sign either acquires a completely opposite meaning, or becomes a meaningless set of zakoryuk. In addition, the adherents of Buddhism, Shintoism and other overseas religious and philosophical teachings believe that the image can influence fate. So caution never hurts.

Is it possible without hieroglyphs?

With the help of the Russian language it is very difficult to convey the phonetics of Japanese, Chinese or, for example, Vietnamese words. From the way the speaker "pierces" a set of sounds, the meaning of the expression, from direct to opposite, depends. In the time of great friendship between the USSR and the PRC, the idea arose to translate the writing of words in the Middle Kingdom into Cyrillic, abolishing a huge number of characters, just as the Russian grammar was earlier simplified by removing Yati, Yer, and other allegedly unnecessary letters from it. But this project, despite the obvious logic, did not take place. This explains the fact that the hieroglyph "love" adorns the photo of the elected Chinese and Japanese young people to this day.

About names

It seems that writing a Chinese or Japanese word in Russian is very simple. All those who serve or sell radio equipment, cars or other equipment from the Land of the Rising Sun or the Celestial Empire are engaged in this. There are a lot of brands: Mitsubishi (or Mitsubishi), Subaru, Matsushita (again, maybe Matsushita?). And there are names (for example, Emperor Hirohito).
