What are the tasks of parental meetings in the Dow?

In Russia, parental meetings are understood as collecting money for the needs of an educational institution and compulsory charity. However, parental meetings in the Dow have more versatile tasks, but many parents do not even know about it. Yes, and attend such events on the strength of five to ten people from the whole group. This is due not only to the stereotyped understanding of parents, but also to the same type of holding meetings by educators.

How are common parental meetings held in the pre-school?

Some educators inform in advance about this event, some parents will find out about the meeting on the day of the meeting, and the third, always in a hurry, do not even know about it. A person from 30 to 50 people comes to the meeting from all the DOW, because of what the teachers start talking in about twenty to thirty minutes with the hope that more people will come.

Such parental meetings in the DOW take place in three stages:

  • Minutes 40-75 cover organizational issues: what has been done over the past year, what tasks have been set for the new school year, and also the report on parent investments;
  • Minutes 15 take questions from the life of the DOW: what circles are going to open, which already exist, in which competitions won prizes and which professionals the manager managed to entice into his institution;
  • In breaks, parents are trying to find out the details of the improvement of a particular group and make claims on the educational process.

Such disassembly may still last for about 30 minutes, unless the manager correctly resolves the problem situation. After 2 hours, the bulk disagrees, and the parents' units talk with the head and methodologist.

Similar parental meetings in the DOW are a stereotype among the Russians: parents are waiting for information about the new money for the improvement of the group, household trivia, toys, mugs, costumes, and educators do not try to interest moms and dads with the importance of information.

Recently, kindergartens try to divide the meetings into types of problems and notify them in advance. To parents was interested in the subjects of interviews, educators regularly distribute questionnaires and surveys on issues of upbringing, complaints and suggestions. Then the questionnaires are sorted, and the caregivers outline a plan for working with their parents.

In this regard, parental meetings in the DOW can include the following tasks:

  • Familiarity with the life of an educational institution;
  • Study the needs of a particular group;
  • The decision of problems on education of children;
  • Solution of problems of mental development of preschool children;
  • Informing about additional services of narrow specialists (psychologist, speech therapist, defectologist);
  • Attraction to creative activities;
  • Making a general discussion on the solution of a problem (for example, aggressiveness, lying or stealing children).

In any case, the meeting is timed for about forty minutes and involves the introductory, the main part and the questions of the parents. From the tone of educators and the atmosphere in the group, the parental mood also depends. For example, the monophonic tone of the speaker, constantly running children or repair through the wall irritates the tired parents who are in a hurry to leave home.

Therefore, the attendance of parents' meetings depends on how the first parental meeting in the Dow passed. Educators need to use visual materials, give memos with important information, show the results of children. And it is important for parents not to sit out at the meeting, but actively participate in the life of the group. Remember, the kindergarten becomes for five years the second home of your precious baby!
