We make postcards by ourselves on Valentine's Day

This day is one of the most amazing holidays, which is thoroughly imbued with romance and tenderness. On this day, all lovers present each other gifts, an obligatory part of which is a valentine. In stores on the eve of the holiday, you can buy a variety of greeting cards. They can be of various shapes and sizes, paper, fabric.

But to make the gift truly unique and unique, it's much better to make postcards by yourself on Valentine's Day. Perhaps, one of the simplest are copies made with paper of different density and colors. Here are a few ideas.

Hearts on a string

For work you will need:

- the usual postcards for Valentine's Day (it is desirable that they are monophonic inside, without inscriptions);

- small pieces of cardboard or thick paper of red, white, pink flowers (can be patterned);

- not too thick kapron thread ;

- Mini clothespins;

- glue.

It would seem that the postcard has already been bought, why else do we have to invent something? But you have to make it unique and make a piece of your soul. We take a piece of cardboard and cut off two thin strips of the same length as the postcard. Cut off a piece of thread equal to the width of the turn of the postcard. From prepared colored pieces of paper, we cut out 5-6 hearts of different sizes.

On the turn of the postcard from the upper right and left corners, we retreat by 2 cm and glue the ends of the thread so that it slightly sags, as if imitating a clothesline. To hide the places in which the thread is glued, paste pre-cut strips of cardboard around the edges of the postcard. Now with the help of mini clothespins we hang the cut hearts on the received "clothes line" on which it is possible to write words of love. Such cards for Valentine's Day will not leave anyone indifferent.

"Sewn" heart

For work you will need:

- white cardboard for the blank under the valentine;

- a small piece of colorful fabric of a red hue;

- small monophonic red flap;

- white thread;

- a small shirt button of white color;

- glue gun.

How to make a card for Valentine's Day using all of the above? Sheet of cardboard to decorate with a cloth. To do this, we take a prepared colorful piece of fabric (best fit) and cut out of it a beautiful heart.

At a distance of 2-3 mm from the edge of the heart, it is necessary to sew the "forward needle" seam with white threads to obtain an imitation of the sewn-on heart. From a small monophonic flap you need to cut out a smaller heart and sew it to a big heart. Then attach the button to the center of the composition. Now the decorated heart should be gently glued to the center of the title side of the cardboard blank - it's ready!

Postcards for your own on Valentine's Day with three-dimensional hearts

Volumetric valentines are always beautiful and unusual. To make the most simple variant, you will need:

- white cardboard for the basis of postcards;

- colored paper (monophonic or with a pattern) of red and pink shades ;

- glue and scissors.

How to make a card for Valentine's Day with your own hands? We fold a sheet of cardboard in half to make a blank for the valentine. Of color paper, cut out an even number of small hearts (2 pieces for each three-dimensional heart). Now half of the resulting blanks should be bent in half and glued on the fold in such a way as shown in the photo below.

"Air balloons"

This work on the technique of execution is very similar to the previous version. Such cards with their own hands on Valentine's Day are very easy to make, but they look really cool!

We cut out several small hearts from colored paper. We fold them in half and glue them along the fold line to the cardboard-base. These will be our "balloons". Then from the threads we make ropes for "balls".

How to make a card for Valentine's Day in quilling technique?

This kind of creativity is becoming more relevant and in demand. If you put a little effort and patience, then the result will surely exceed all expectations! To perform the work you need:

- the basis for a postcard;

- paper for quilling (sold in the departments of office supplies);

- glue and scissors.

Here you can manifest an unlimited flight of fantasy. For example, from a red sheet of a cardboard it is possible to cut out a preparation under valentinku in the form of heart. On the contour paste small flowers, and in the center lay strips of paper for quilling in the form of beautiful intricate curls.

You can also take a white sheet of cardboard. From red and pink paper for quilling "scatter" on the card a few small hearts.

As you could see, the cards themselves on Valentine's Day make it simple enough. This is a wonderful addition to gentle kisses, passionate words and whirlpool of your favorite eyes.
