In the popular Windows 7 operating system, "disk management" is a great tool. It allows you to allocate space on your local disks, and also create and delete them. Now you can try another option for the disk management tool. Let's increase this local disk to the available free space. Click on the new drive with the manipulator (right-click) and select "Expand volume". You will see a window of the corresponding "wizard". Click "Next" and specify the additional size of the disk (put the maximum), then click "Next" again. Check all entered data. If all is correct, confirm with the "Done" button. After that, your disk will become larger.

Now let's bring everything to its original form. Delete the created volume and expand the disk D. To do this, right-click on the disk that you want to delete, and select the "Delete volume" item. Then read the warning system and confirm. An unplaced area appears before you.
