Apart from the kitchen area, where there is all the utensils, apart from the kitchen area, individually adjustable split-systems are installed, and satellite TV is working. On the floor there is a ceramic tile.

Each room at Villa Neno 3 has a small furnished balcony. There is a dryer for clothes, plastic chairs. Bathrooms are combined, there is a hairdryer.

To the sea from Villa Neno 3 - ten minutes walk. The beach is public, so everything necessary is given for an additional fee. Coverage - pebbly and sandy, the entrance to the sea is comfortable.
