With the onset of spring and summer, the attention of many knitters is aimed at finding a worthy model of delicate tops, T-shirts or blouses. There are a lot of them in the network, but unfortunately, many contain a description or a scheme that does not fit the materials selected by the master. Do not get upset, because there are general rules and patterns, the use of which will create a summer product yourself.

Types of tops

Top called the shirt on the straps with the maximum open mouth and armholes. Tops and T-shirts, crocheted (with schemes, of course, work much easier), are fairly simple to manufacture. Based on the type of canvas, they can be divided into these types:

• Simple uncomplicated.
• With wide straps.
• With the bodice.

The model of the product is selected individually, taking into account the personal preferences and abilities of the knitter. The first species is most often preferred by women in adulthood, so they are suitable patterns with a moderate number of holes.

Simple top

The model of a simple top is considered the most universal. It consists of two rectangular parts, sewn along the side seams and on the shoulders. Each of the parts is a tying cloth. Square motifs are a universal pattern. They just knit and connect.

Tops and T-shirts, crocheted, with patterns of continuous cloths or motifs, are significantly different. The continuous pattern does not require special attention of the knitter, while the tying cloth takes quite a lot of time and effort.

Here the dimensions of each motive are indicated, but they can be different when using yarn with different parameters.

Stitching ready-made motifs, rather than linking them with the last row, avoids unraveling if an error is committed.

Openwork tops, T-shirts, crocheted crochet: models with bodice

The presence of the bodice allows the product to fit the silhouette more densely and emphasizes its femininity. You can associate a bodice with a crochet in two ways:

• Volumetric cups.
• Yoke.

The details of the cups are knit from the center, their shape takes into account the anatomical features of the female figure to the maximum. When using a coquette, the bodice is more even, but this method is much simpler.

The picture below shows a top with a bodice and an open back. The chest line is underlined with a lace, and straps are used instead of the strapless.

The manufacture of such a product is not difficult, because the main cloth is rectangular, and the bodice is bound by a continuous cloth along the pattern.

The basis for success for such models - a beautiful border on the bottom and neat viscous.

T-shirt with straps

Such products provide for the presence of wide or narrow straps. As you can see in the photo, the canvas has a rectangular shape with triangular sections along the top edge.

In this case, the canvas is assembled from motifs arranged at an angle. This design allows you to achieve the desired edge of the triangular shape. Tops and t-shirts, crocheted, with solid patterns require a pattern. Abbreviations are performed by applying knitting to the drawn contour.

When the required shape is obtained, straps are sewn to the vertices of the triangles and the strapping of all open edges is performed.

The shavings can also be connected in the binding process of the top.
