In the series "Grass under snow," Gorbunov plays a cruel and very rich man, nicknamed the Commander. The whole Khrustalev family works for Komissarov, so together with Lesya came to one of the Commander's parties. However, just this evening the hero of Alexei Gorbunov decided to take revenge on his unfaithful wife and for this he chose not the most humane way: he slept with Lesya, and the whole process was watched by the guests of the party in live broadcast. After this shameful incident, the girl's life went to pieces, so the Commander became for Lesya "an evil genius."

P. Barshak in the role of Andrei Komissarov

Pavel Barshak graduated from the directing department of GITIS. He has been removed from the film since 2002, although he does not always receive major parts. The first serious and big role was played in the comedy "Time is money", where Elvira Bolgova and Yury Kolokolnikov also took part . Then there was the role of Andrei in the melodrama of Alexei Uchitel's "Walk", where together with Barshak in the frame appeared Evgeny Tsyganov and Irina Pegova.

In 2005 Pavel together with Viktor Sukhorukov and Andrey Krasko took part in the filming of the movie "Night seller". In 2008, the artist played the main role in the Russian-French film "Frenchman Serezha."
