The insert in the workbook for hardworking citizens
Any labor book is peculiar to end. And if there is no more free space in it, it is necessary to issue a separate document - an insert in the workbook. It will be invalid without a work book. You should know that this document is acquired by the employer, and not by the employee - it is according to the "Rules for maintaining and storing workbooks, making work record forms and providing them with employers." If a regular employee sends an employee to buy a loose leaf by himself, this is incorrect, since the enterprise is obliged to purchase these documents centrally. This is done in certain places that have the right to produce such printed products.
Do not be shy to indicate to a specialist from the HR department that this is an employer who must purchase inserts. This employee will show that he knows the rules and laws in general. Trusting personnel officers, it is still better to understand a little about how to properly register for work and conduct personnel reporting. Every employee is obliged to know all the points concerning the device for work.
