Symptoms and consequences of biliary dyskinesia

With dyskinesia of the biliary tract , a normal inflow of bile into the duodenum is disturbed for digestion. Bile can go too much, then it is called hyperkinesia, and if not, hypokinesia.

This is due to a violation of the motor and the tone of the path and bladder. The emergence of the disease contributes to problems with the endocrine, nervous and digestive systems, as well as improper nutrition, lack of vitamins, intoxication, severe infections. It can cause serious consequences, if not treated.

Bile is necessary for the body to digest fats. It is produced by the liver and enters the bladder through the ducts. There it accumulates and if necessary goes for digestion in the duodenum.

However, because of the spasm of the bladder in hyperkinesia, bile is discharged into it through the duct, even if there is no food. This irritates the duodenal mucosa and promotes the development of inflammation (duodenitis).

In addition, part of the bile enters the pancreas when the bladder spasm occurs. This contributes to the destruction of its tissues and prevents the outflow of juice. Self-digestion of the pancreas occurs. As a result, there is reactive pancreatitis.

With hyperkinesia, part of the bile is thrown into the stomach. At the same time, digestion is disrupted, diarrhea occurs. Over time, there is a stomach ulcer and gastritis.

However, spasm of the bladder can cause delays and stagnation of bile, then hypokinesia occurs. This leads to the development of chronic cholecystitis and the formation of stones. At the same time bile becomes insufficient for digestion of fats, there is an energy hunger and avitaminosis. At the same time, problems with joints, obesity, metabolic disorders, lung diseases develop.

To hyperkinesia can lead and the use of some kinds of products. These include fried, fatty, hot, spicy, salty foods and spirits. Their use leads to excessive production of bile. Abuse of these products can lead to biliary dyskinesia.

In the presence of this disease, it is possible to refer to a person's doctor for the manifestations of the described pathological conditions. However, it is better to do this when symptoms of dyskinesia of bile ducts appear.

Hyperkinesia is manifested by pain in the right side, which are paroxysmal. There may be aching, pressing or dull pains that increase with fast walking and running.

When hypokinesia pain is not intense. There is vomiting, a decrease in appetite, nausea, unsteadiness of the stool, bitterness in the mouth.

Treatment of dyskinesia of the bile ducts is a mandatory diet. It is necessary to exclude alcohol, fatty, smoked, fried foods, carbonated water, spices. Nutrition should occur often in small portions. In addition, prescribe drugs that normalize the tone of the bladder and ducts.

It is very useful for dyskinesia of bile ducts to use yogurt, fermented baked milk, yogurt. Beneficial effect of mineral water. It should be drunk without gas, warm and in small portions. Diets should be adhered to at least a year.

Diagnosis of this disease is usually carried out using ultrasound. It gives a good idea of the state of the bile duct and bladder. Another effective method of diagnosis is X-ray study. However, its use is limited in pediatrics, and this disease is most often diagnosed in children.

Thus, with dyskinesia of bile ducts, diet must be observed. You should listen to all the recommendations of the doctor, otherwise serious illness will arise.
