So, an excellent variant of healthy cuisine is a carrot fitness cake. This vegetable is generally one of the main components in dietary nutrition: it is not only used in the preparation of soups, salads and second courses. From carrots make delicious casseroles, pies and cakes, rolls and muffins. In the menu of many coffee shops and small restaurants very often these delicious treats are present.

Preparation of the most delicate fitness cake at home

In fact, this useful dessert is easy to prepare and at home. Having mastered some recipes, any mistress can bake delicious vegetable delicacy in an oven, microwave oven or multivark.

To make it, you will need:

  • 2-3 medium carrots, ground on a small grater;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 5 tablespoons of bran (can be replaced with oatmeal or multi-cereal flakes) - they must be crushed;
  • A little sweetener;
  • Perfect fit cinnamon, stevia or vanilla;
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

Mix all the ingredients. The resulting dough should be placed in a roasting dish and placed in a preheated oven for 180 minutes for 30-40 minutes. If the carrot biscuits are cooked in a microwave oven, the cooking time will be reduced to 10-15 minutes. Do not forget that the dishes for baking in the microwave oven must be appropriate! The readiness of the cakes can be checked with a toothpick.

To prepare a dietetic cream, you will need:

  • Yolk of one chicken egg;
  • 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • ½ cup of milk;
  • ½ teaspoon of sweetener, cinnamon or stevia.

The yolk must be beaten, add milk, mix thoroughly and heat on low heat or steam bath, stirring constantly. The resulting mass should slightly thicken after a while. Cottage cheese is beaten with a sweetener, gradually pouring the custard. As a result, a mixture is obtained that resembles a thick creamy sour cream.

Finished cooled cakes cut along into 2-3 parts. Each layer is greased on both sides with curd-custard and stacked on top of each other. As a decoration of the fitness cake use nuts, fresh or dried fruit. If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with grated orange peel and cinnamon.

The prepared dessert is placed in the refrigerator for several hours, so that the cakes are completely soaked with cream.
