The Kalinin Military Educational Establishment (KLSU), with the city's return to its historical name, changed the abbreviation for TvSVU. Now this is the Tver Military Suvorov School. Tver is an ancient city, and the Suvorovites got a building built by the famous architect Kozlov in the nineteenth century.

History

Earlier in this building there was a theological seminary, where not only the clergy came out, but also people with very advanced views, for example - Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum teacher Pushkin Kunitsyn. Now the building is given to the future defenders of the Fatherland, to whom much is given in this direction native Suvorov school.

Tver remembers that their distant predecessors, in a difficult year for the country in 1812, also rose to defend the Motherland. More than eighty future priests and their mentors, who studied and worked in the Tver theological seminary, volunteered to participate in the Patriotic War.

Composer Alexandrov

About school

Here the cadets receive a general secondary and general basic education and at the same time are prepared for admission from military high schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Suvorov School (Tver) began its work in 1943, when the city of Kalinin was liberated from fascist occupation. At first boys were accepted here from eight to thirteen years old - orphans, basically, and the sons of those who at the moment fought in the Red Army. The school was staffed by personnel of military infantry schools, civilian teachers served as officers-educators.

The first set of pupils was five hundred and six people. The day of the beginning of classes is December 19th, this is the Day of the Suvorov School. Tver traditionally widely notes it. In 1945, the students took part in the Victory Parade on Red Square, and since then it became a tradition until 1995. In 1948, the first graduates left the Suvorov School of Tver. In 1956, the rules changed. How to enter the Suvorov Military School in Tver for eight-year-old children? No way. From this moment only eleven-year-old boys were accepted, after the end of the primary school. It turns out, that training lasts now seven years - from the fifth class on the eleventh inclusive.

A lot of work was planned for the study of foreign languages, more than two thousand hours, and this provided for free entry from the school. For our country of those times it was a huge rarity. A new task was set before the administration of the Suvorov School. Now the training of military translators was under way.

But even ten years have not passed, as everything has changed in the country. Already in 1963 a new order of training and recruitment of the school appeared. How to enter the Suvorov School in Tver 11-year-old boy? No way. Now only teenagers of fifteen or sixteen who could attend the eight-year school could study here. The training lasted not seven, but only three years. Since 1969 - two. Hence, the career of a military interpreter was not possible for the entrant to hope.

The 90s

In 1990 the city of Kalinin returned its historical name, and the Suvorov Military School (Tver) also changed its name. Together with the name, the previous curriculum began to return. In 1992, three years of study returned. During the whole period of work, the Suvorov Military School (the city of Tver) was awarded thirteen times with a passing prize of the Ministry of Defense of the country! Here the defense ministers - Igor Sergeev, Sergey Ivanov - repeatedly visited. And in 2007 a fateful decision was made: an order was issued to re-subordinate the Suvorov School to the command of the strategic missile forces.

Already since 2008, the school begins transition to the previous seven-year training, and in 2009, a course of teenagers was enrolled in the fifth, sixth and seventh grades. 2010 was marked by a complete transition to the Seven-Year Plan. In 2009, Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov visited again here, and in 2010 a new reassignment took place. Now the school passed to the department of the Education Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In 2013, another minister visited here - Shoigu, after which, in March of the same year, the Tver Suvorov Military School was subordinated to the command of the Air Defense Forces, and from 2015 to the Commander in Chief of the Military Space Station.

Graduates

In all, the school made sixty-seven issues. Out of its walls about fifteen thousand inmates, of which three hundred and five - with gold medals. More than seventy graduates rose to the rank of general: Colonels-General B. V. Gromov and V. I. Mironov, lieutenant generals G. N. Studenikin and N. T. Chernopyatov and many other legendary commanders. About a hundred graduates went to researchers and became doctors and candidates of science.

The school has always been in good standing, and therefore to study here was considered prestigious. Three superbly equipped gyms, a stadium and a sports town serve this purpose in the best possible way. Cadets must necessarily be diversified people, which is why the presence of an extensive library and a comfortable reading room for sixty places is so important. The creation of an electronic information and educational environment deserves a special word here. Each student has a personal laptop and access to all telecommunications information networks and systems, and there is constant access to the Internet.

Life

The cadets are fed five times a day, no one complains about the quality of food. The monthly allowance of the student is one thousand rubles, and the orphaned children are two thousand. The school has excellent sleeping facilities, rooms for consumer services (laundry and so on), as well as in leisure time cadets can visit the game rooms or sports.

For leisure, they really have a few minutes left. Naturally, most of the time is spent on training and military training, and free time for the most part is also organized and therefore interesting.

Receipt

Recruitment is carried out in the fifth classes, eighty people are accepted. The basis of admission is competitive in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation on the results of entrance examinations and only from the number of eligible Russian citizens who have applied for admission to training. Medical certificates

Those enrolled in a military school must undergo a medical examination in the establishment of a medical and prophylactic profile. In the examination should take part: pediatrician, ENT, urologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon, endocrinologist, dentist, orthopedist and cardiologist. In addition, you need to provide the results of instrumental and laboratory studies: mass and length of the body, the sexual formula, the frequency of cardiac contractions, thrice - arterial pressure, twice - ECG (exercise test and at rest), a general blood test, chest fluorography, Feces on the egg egg.

If there are indications, then additional documents will be needed: ECHO, ultrasound of the kidneys or abdomen, EGDS for gastritis, radiography of the spine or feet if scoliosis or flat feet. The following documents are also required without fail: an extract from the outpatient card under form No. 112 / y, a copy of the medical card in form form No. 06 / y-2000, health certificates from the narcological and psychoneurological dispensaries. All these papers are invested in a personal matter. Upon arrival, the originals of medical and outpatient cards are presented for examinations.
