Soft way

Despite the fact that the amount of data stored in the application memory is unlimited, when a certain number is exceeded, there may be failures.

Go to the phone settings and go to "Applications". Select Google Play in the list and go to it. Stop this program, and then erase the data and the cache. The same procedure should be repeated for the utility Google Service Framework.

After all the operations done, restart the device. Sometimes you may need to remove all installed updates for Google. This is done in the same menu as deleting the cache. If the whole procedure does not help, go to the next method.

You need the "Wipe cache partition" item. From there, go to "More". The last thing you need is "Wipe Dalvick Cache". After that, reboot the gadget and check the functionality.

If this method did not help you, then there is nothing left but to reset all parameters to the factory settings. There are two ways to do this.

  • We go in the phone settings. "Restore and reset" item. And select the desired function "Reset settings". After that, the phone will return to its original state, as it was immediately after the purchase.
  • If you can not start the gadget (forgot the password, for example), then you can use the engineering menu again. Only this time you will need the item "Wipe data" or "Factory Reset".

Conclusion

Regardless of which path you choose to solve the problem, be sure to observe all security measures. Create backup copies so that later, if something goes wrong, you can always restore the original state.
