The cooking time of this dish is only forty minutes. Determine the number of servings yourself. So, as far as the necessary ingredients are concerned, you will need several tubers of fresh potatoes, radish, a couple of fresh small cucumbers, two large chicken eggs, a pencil of feather green onions, three leeks of ramson, a hundred grams of low-fat ham, a little less than a liter of kefir, one glass of warm boiled Water, a pinch of lemon acid, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a little salt.
