If you want to find a single mushroom, pay attention to the bumps, generously sprinkled with foliage - near the sandpiper, the soil may be slightly raised.

If you cut the ranks neatly, they will grow very quickly again. But the wrong cut, damage to the mycelium or felling of all the fungi can immediately ruin their harvest in the entire clearing.

But what about taste?

Sandpipers - mushrooms are ideal for pickling. They are easy to prepare, and for 35-40 days you will become the owner of a delicious snack. To do this, you need a wooden cask or a glass bottle. Mushrooms need to be washed and laid gently in layers, pouring large salt. And to the bottom and from the very top it is worth putting more. From above on them we establish a cover and a small yoke. After a couple of days the mushrooms settle, then you can lay a couple more layers on top. Thanks to this method of dry pickling mushrooms turn out to be tender, fragrant and extremely tasty.
