Rest room in the bath: interior design, decoration, furniture

The most comfortable place for relaxation is a rest room in the bathhouse. Interior design should be especially well thought out to visually rejoice and soothe the eye, and functionally allow you to truly relax.

Required attributes of the dressing room

The project of a bath with a rest room includes traditional components, and the first - a resting place. After you are steamed, you need to sit down or lie down, as the pressure in the body greatly jumps. Completely horizontal position is contraindicated, because most of the chaise lounges and shops have a semi-bent base. Traditionally, the Russian bath is a resting place for the company, because the front room is often furnished with a table and the necessary elements for a snack. The last thing that we do when leaving the bathhouse is rinsed with cool water, because the ideal bathhouse project with a rest room assumes the presence of a pool or in the extreme case of a shower cabin.

Required components of the dressing room:

  • A place for relaxation: benches, chairs, chairs or beds;
  • Table and lockers;
  • Shower or basin, washbasin.

All other components are additions to the required minimum, which we will consider below.

Materials

In order to keep the temperature in the room the necessary index, it is insulated. The best material for upholstery of walls in this case is a tree. Classic interior design involves finishing with rough softwood. The cheapest material is pine. To ensure that the bath has served you more than one year, you need to take care of the condition of the interior walls. Wood must first be impregnated with a special mixture, and then covered with varnish, but only in the dressing room. Choose for these purposes heat-resistant materials with the lowest toxicity, as one of the hottest and most hot places is a rest room in a bath. The interior design of the second variant resembles the design of foreign saunas, as the tree is chosen smooth, the panels are symmetrical and even. In general, this style corresponds to ecological minimalism and creates a mood of luxury, if properly decorate the room.

Even the furniture in the bathhouse is traditionally made of wood, but for it it is better to choose hard rocks because of their strength. Do not abuse textiles: humidity spoils upholstery.

We decorate the dressing room

The base of the waiting room is comfortable furniture. At the design stage, you need to decide what exactly you want to decorate your interior. If it includes volumetric sunbeds and tables, it is better to lay a minimum of 12 square meters. The first rule: furniture for the rest room should be comfortable and very practical. Priority is more natural materials: wood, linen capes and the like. Doctors do not recommend immediately lying down in a horizontal position after the steam room, because the waiting room is usually furnished with comfortable wooden benches, deckchairs.

A typical attribute of a rest room is a table and chairs or armchairs. We do not recommend furnishing the room with soft furniture: the steam penetrates into the dressing room. To give comfort to hard furniture, use special pillows and fabric covers that can easily be removed and dried separately from the headset itself. If space does not allow you to install a full table, equip the room with step-by-step benches, on which you can sit and lay out dishes.

Features of the arrangement of space

As a rule, the biggest part of the room is a rest room in the bathhouse. Interior design 3x3 - classic for most suburban projects, when the building is built specifically for these purposes. 9 square meters can become quite spacious, if you properly furnish the room. Most projects involve a circular arrangement of furniture: in the center are a table and chairs (if space allows), and along the perimeter of the walls there are a bench or deckchairs. If the space is really equal to about 10 square meters, it is difficult to place a pool in it. An alternative is to equip the room with a small shower cubicle or a washbasin.

The most important thing is to properly hydro- and heat insulate the walls. When calculating the free space for the equipment of the premises, do not forget to take into account this indicator. The insulation of the walls takes up a lot of space. The last advice is the functional racks, bedside tables and hangers on which you can lay down clothes, towels, hygiene items and accessories for the bath: a hat and a broom.

Lighting

The most peaceful place is a rest room in the bathhouse. Interior design should match this. To make the body completely relax and recover after the heat can properly adjusted lighting. In the priority - a lot of not very bright LED bulbs, which do not strain the eyesight and create a soft and even light. The ceiling, completely covered with them, creates a sense of warmth and looks like a starry sky. LED lamps themselves serve for a long time and consume a small amount of energy. If you connect them in several lines to individual switches, you can play with the atmosphere with lighting, adding it on friendly seating and reducing it into a romantic evening. Tip: To create the entourage, just add a few wall lights or sconces.

Color spectrum

A tree of any breeds and shades - with this, the rest room in the bath will look best. Interior design involves primarily gentle, natural and calm shades. The classic combination is brown, green and sand. This range allows you to give any room the spirit of "the very same Russian bathhouse," with steam, vodka and brooms. If we talk about European solutions, it is often added to the rest rooms and burgundy color of wine, it plays superbly in the semi-darkness and emphasizes the structure of the wood. Red scale dilutes sandy shades, adds a room of gloss and luxury.

But the traditional color for relaxation is green. It irritates the retina of the eye least of all, allowing you to rest in the best possible way. The alternative is blue shades that fit organically into the sauna or sauna, especially if the room is equipped with a shower or a pool.

Sauna or Russian bath?

A sauna with a relaxation room and a terrace is essentially the same sauna, only furnished in a rustic style. In the sauna, steaming back is unlikely to be undone by a broom. Accessories for the bath - that's the main difference. A fully equipped room, studded with timber throughout the perimeter, with classic benches and even semicircular beams, can also be called a sauna if there is a swimming pool and a room with a therma. But the traditional brooms hung around the perimeter will help create the right atmosphere. Another difference is the mini-bar and table, which can rarely be found in a European sauna. The main thing is to place all components correctly in a small space, and if possible, also equip the room with a swimming pool, even small enough to simply dip and gradually move away from the heated room.

Interior Design

Completely wooded room in our view is a bath, a rest room. The finishing of additional sites can be different, but in preference there are always only natural materials, among which there is a stone. To begin the arrangement of your bathhouse is still at the design level, in order to calculate the free space and properly dispose of it after the isolation of the room.

Pay attention to the main attributes: benches, a table, a shower or a pool, a washstand. Pay special attention to detail: the color of the walls, the location of lighting. Do not forget about the comfort: equip walls and corners with convenient lockers and hangers, make all textiles replaceable.
