Resort zone "Omsk - Chernoluchye": forest recreation

About the zone "Omsk - Chernoluchye" is known to all Omsk people and even to those who have never been there. Located on the picturesque bank of the Irtysh village with the adjacent land is included in the resort area of local importance and is considered a healing corner. Situated in the Chernoluchinsky relic pine forest and birch forests create a special microclimate, which has a beneficial effect on health.

History of settlement

The modern resort "Omsk-Chernoluchye" is relatively young and was founded only in the 1950s. The village received its name from a nearby village with a similar name ( currently a part of the Novotroitsky rural settlement, with a population of 249 people ), founded back in 1670.

The name of the village is connected with the locality where it is located. The local people called the steep bend of the Irtysh River ( bend ) "Black Onion". Thus, the village on the bend received an adapted name.

The usual holiday village of Chernook was not possible. Beautiful nature and therapeutic microclimate caused the emergence of holiday homes, children's and adult health camps in the district, and in 1962 the area was given the status of a local resort and the appropriate protection (a ban on deforestation, hunting, placement of industrial enterprises).

Infrastructure and features

At present, Chernoluchinsky is the administrative center of the village of the same name, territorially entering the Omsk municipal district. As of January 2017, the area of the village is 680 hectares and 1,510 people permanently reside within its borders. 64% of the population are of working age, but only 34% are economically active (working or self-employed).

In the village there are infrastructure facilities that provide for the needs of the local population. Among them:

• Middle School of General education.
• Children's sports school.
• Kindergarten.
• Feldsher-midwife point.

Also in Chernoluchinsky there are 4 cafes, 2 bars, 10 saunas (baths), 2 pharmacies and more than 10 retail stores. And this is without taking into account those services and goods that the recreation centers "Chernoluchye - Omsk" provide.

Features of transport communication

The status of the recreational zone entails not only environmental protection of the resort "Omsk - Chernoluchye", but also a special road regime that applies to the resort areas in the period from June 1 to August 31. During the mass summer holidays, the movement of cars along the Omsk-Krasnoyarka road (the road of regional importance) and the entrance to the village is restricted. In fact, in relation to the resort at that time, a special check-in regime starts to operate, followed by representatives of the Siberian Military Cossack Society (since 2015).

The ban on entry is connected with the decision of the Administration of the Omsk region to limit the number of vehicles in the recreation area, so as not to degrade the ecological, transport situation and avoid accidents on the roads. The latter is especially important, because every year Chernoluchinsky becomes a place of mass children's recreation.

To drive to the resort area by private car, its owner needs to get a special pass. The document must be obtained in the administration of the village or in the Administration of the Omsk region. The owners of cars registered in Chernobyl receive passes immediately. To other persons it is necessary to expect the coordination - 5-6 working days.

Restriction of entry does not apply to emergency cars, cars delivering medical products, foodstuffs, and passenger buses to the settlement.

Quite popular is the question of how to get to Omsk and Chernoluchya. Motorists can get to the resort, following the Krasnoyarsk highway. The left branch subsequently bifurcates into the roads leading to Chernoluchinsky and Krasnoyarka.

You can also come to the forest recreation with the help of public transport. From Omsk the Blackwell is located 48 km to the north-west. Regular buses of JSC "Omskoblavtotrans" go daily with an interval of 2-3 hours on the routes Omsk - Chernolevye or Omsk - sanatorium "Russian Forest". In the village, the terminal bus stop is the station located at Torgovaya str., 7, letter A.

Recreation places: a list and a review of prices

In the resort area of the village Chernoluchinsky there are 15 active recreation centers and 2 more similar institutions are under construction at the beginning of 2017. They are located both within the settlement and beyond its borders, have a different territory and the volume of services provided.

• The Pokryshkin Base. The price varies from 1,000 to 15,000 rubles (a separate house).
