  • Glutamate sodium;
  • Tocopherol (natural antioxidant).

For each type of food (fish, meat, vegetables, pasta) there is a special dressing "Chim-Chim." Korean cuisine for centuries created the tastes, which must correspond to this or that basic component. Today, any hostess just need to take the right sachet and add its contents to the crushed products. Thus, you can cook almost any Korean national dish in minutes.

Carrots in Korean

Nowadays, everyone knows the garnish called "carrot in Korean". It serves as an effective addition to many dishes in modern cafes and restaurants. To prepare this product for yourself, it will take a lot of time and effort. In addition, you will need a whole set of necessary components to achieve the desired taste and aroma. But it can be done much easier if there is a "Chim-Chim" - a Korean dressing for carrots.

This sauce, cooked on the basis of sunflower oil, contains almost everything you need to work. The hostess will only have to buy the main products:

  • 1 kilogram of carrots;
  • 170 grams of vegetable oil;
  • 50 grams of onions.

Then everything is done quite simply:

  1. First you need to peel the carrots and grind it on a special grater. In principle, it can also be chopped with ordinary thin strips.
  2. Then cut the onion into cubes and fry until golden in hot oil.
  3. Combine both products, add to them the contents of one sachet of filling and mix well.

After that, the prepared salad should stand at least an hour in the refrigerator, so that all components can soak up well.

Cabbage salad

Koreans are very proud of their original recipes of vegetable salads. Culinary specialists of the whole world recognize their wonderful aroma and absolutely unique taste. Even ordinary cabbage after the hands of the Korean cook becomes a real work of art.

Recently, the demand for these products has increased significantly. But it is much easier for Russian housewives to cope with such a problem. To make a delicious salad, it is enough to prepare first:

  • 400 grams of white cabbage;
  • Some dill greenery;
  • 200 grams of fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumber and sweet peppers).

Once all the components are assembled, you can start cooking:

  1. Stir all the vegetables with straws and put them in a deep container.
  2. Add chopped greens, dressing from the bag and mix thoroughly.

Literally an hour later, the prepared salad can be served to the table. It is usually used as an independent dish or as a juicy garnish.
