PMS in men - is it true or fiction?

Male premenstrual syndrome (PMS) - this is rather not a medical, but a life phenomenon. The theory of the presence of PMS in men at one time was quite relevant. The basis for it were neuroses, irritability, short-term outbursts of anger and other signs in the stronger sex, characteristic of premenstrual syndrome in women.

To this theory, for men, for obvious reasons, "stones" flew. They expressed their disagreement with this opinion, relying on a rather weighty argument: physiologically they can not have menstruation, and therefore, PMS can not be in principle. With this, of course, it is difficult not to agree, because there is no evidence of the existence of both premenstrual syndrome and its analogues in the representatives of the stronger sex.

Most likely, the theory of PMS in men pursues a slightly different goal. In this way, the beautiful half of humanity is trying to convey to the stronger sex that women are not always to blame for the reasons for male aggressive behavior , as is usually assumed. In defense of the weaker sex, it should be said that the cause of aggressive and depressive-manic periods in men may be individual instability and a change in the hormonal background, or simply a lack of attention.

The change in the level of hormones is the most accurate explanation of this problem. Scientists have found out: in all the hormone called testosterone is to blame. It is on him that the physical and emotional state of a man depends. In fact, this is the same PMS that occurs in women. In this regard, a new term appeared - the syndrome of male irritability (SMR). Symptoms of CMR are the same as those of men with PMS: fatigue, irritability, depression, nervousness and so on.

The syndrome of male irritability arises both in 20, and in 40, and even in 50 years. These age intervals are the most vulnerable for the emergence of PMS in men, because it is at this time that most of the stronger sex begin to doubt their sexuality, seriously reflect on what they have achieved in life. Often they have to be disappointed in themselves, hence the depression, nerves, anger. It is interesting that "critical days" for men, unlike women, are irregular and sometimes endless!

On the one hand, you have to always throw out all your thoughts outside. In no event can you accumulate them in yourself! After all, internal emotions and experiences turn into various diseases of the heart, nervous system, and also cause a significant impact on sexual functions. But also to break off on your loved one is also not an option ...

The only person able to help a man cope with the syndrome of male irritability is his beloved woman. Just do not take offense at your chosen one, you need to take the initiative into your own hands! How exactly? The old and proven way is sex. Believe, it works without fail. If everything is all right with you, then the result will not be long in coming! And as to whether there is a male PMS or not, here already everyone remains at the opinion.
